Terms and Conditions of Post Pay Inter SIM
1. This “Post Pay Inter SIM” promotion is available for TrueMove Post Pay subscribers who sign up as individual person from 8 July to 6 October 2010 or until further notice
2. Existing users are eligible to switch to this promotion.
3. The minimum monthly fee of 199 Baht covers outgoing calls worth 199 Baht per month. Fees in relation to the minimum monthly fee and the excess thereof are charged as follows:
3.1. Calls made to any mobile networks are changed at 1.25 Baht per minute throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing and a fraction of each minute is counted as one minute;
3.2. Sending SMS and MMS to mobile numbers used and registered locally are charged at 1.50 Baht per message;
3.3. Rate for international call via 00600 is based on actual use as per minute billing with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute subject to the following details:
3.3.1. Service fee is 1 Baht per minute;
3.3.1.1. This rate is applicable for calls made to fixed-line and mobile numbers registered in USA, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Hawaii and Alaska;
3.3.1.2. This rate is applicable for calls made to fixed-line numbers in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Israel, etc;
3.3.2. Rates for calls made to any other destinations can be checked on www.treumove.com;
3.3.3. Rate for international call via 00600 is subject to change without advance notice;
3.4. Sending SMS from a mobile phone to an international destination more than the allowance as per Clause 3.2 is charged at a special rate of 5 Baht per message.
4. GPRS and EDGE service is charged in addition to the minimum monthly fee at 1 Baht per minute based on per minute billing with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute.
5. Wi-Fi service is charged in addition to the minimum monthly fee at 1 Baht per minute based on per minute billing with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute.
6. The users are required to pay the minimum monthly fee as per Clause 3, the excess of minimum monthly fee as per Clauses 3, 4 and 5 (if any) and any extra services other than those specified at the normal rate based on actual use (if any).
7. The users certify that the users have accurately and completely applied and signed the form for international call service before use of this promotion as well as acknowledge and agree to strictly comply with terms and conditions of this service (if any) and terms and conditions of this promotion. Additionally, the users acknowledge and agree that the users are obliged to notify for termination of this international call service if the users wish to discontinue this service.
8. International call via 00600 service is offered by True International Communication Co., Ltd.
9. GPRS and EDGE are a SIM card based service for an access of wireless Internet via GPRS and EDGE enabled mobile phone or modem/GPRS/EDGE enabled notebook (e.g. EDGE/GPRS PCMCIA wireless aircard or mobile phone with access to PC via infrared or Bluetooth.)
10. The quality of data service with unlimited access via GPRS or EDGE offered by TrueMove or Internet offered by True Internet may be slower or unavailable where the device is not in an appropriate area for the signal to reach.
11. The minimum monthly fee excludes any service charges other than those specified under Clause 3 such as international calls via any else numbers other than 00600, True Move Assistant, True World, content downloads, data/information service, international call, international roaming and any else value added services other than those specified under Clause 3.
12. A system setup and installation is needed before connecting to GPRS and EDGE offered by TrueMove and Internet service offered by True Internet. The users should find out more information on system setup and installation from the manufacturer or the user’s manual.
13. TrueMove and True Internet shall exercise due caution for GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi by TrueMove and True Internet network. However, the users shall also foster awareness for their own personal computer, notebook or other wireless devices to prevent it from hacking or software viruses. (It is recommended that the Users install a firewall or anti-virus program.)
14. TrueMove and True Internet reserve the rights not to be responsible for any loss or damage or loss of data occurred from delay or disruption of data service or access failure, hazardous data or content download. In this matter, the Users shall take sole responsibility for such act and ensure that such downloaded content or data comes from a reliable source.
15. All aforesaid service fees is exclusive of value added tax.
16. This promotion lasts six months as from the date on which this promotion is effective.
17. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with All Together Bonus and TrueLife Free View programs.
18. “Objectives of the contract”: Users agree to use the service under this promotion for normal, personal and individual use with honest interest, not for otherwise. The users shall not use, exploit, modify or commit any act on technology or system or any other devices so as to connect or relate to such service and shall not commit or omit any act that can be described or anticipated or believed that it shall cause an immoral act or a damage or an unfair treatment to TrueMove or any other person directly or indirectly or disturbance or inconvenience or hazard to network or make the network or its part malfunction in any way.
If the users commit any act according to the aforesaid paragraph, it shall be deemed that the users offend the objectives of the contract. TrueMove reserves the rights to immediately terminate its service under this contract if there is a reasonable ground to believe that the users use the services by any of the following ways:
1. Use the services against the contract or the prohibition of the contract or offend the objectives of the contract or has a dishonest intention towards the service or commit any act that causes or can be anticipated or believed that it shall cause damage to TrueMove in any way; or
2. Use the service by way of defraud; or
3. Use the service illegally.
19. TrueMove reserves the rights to terminate this promotion if there is an announcement or a change of service rate as a result of order and/or policy of a relevant public authority. TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, change or terminate service fees and/or any Terms and Conditions with advance notice at least 30 days through any appropriate communication channels.
20. TrueMove reserves the rights to suspend or terminate the services under this promotion if it considers that there is any dishonest or fraud of document so as to take advantage from this promotion or abuse of this service or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms and conditions of this promotion.
21. In case that a user has an outstanding balance no matter what it be international call via 00600 and/or TrueMove service, the user acknowledges and agrees that True International Communication Company Limited and/or TrueMove have/has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the service under law until the user pays such amount in full and correctly.

23. English wordings hereabove are only a translation for convenience of foreign customers to understand the contents of the promotion. If the English translation conflicts or differs from Thai, the Thai texts shall prevail.
