Terms and Conditions of “1 Buddy Number Package”

1 This 1 Buddy Number Package is applicable for individual TrueMove Post Pay subscribers who wish to sign up in addition to the current package from 21 January to 3 March 2010 or until further notice.

2 Minimum monthly fee of 99 Baht covers the following details:
     2.1 The minimum monthly fee as per Clause 2 applies for calls made to the TrueMove buddy number (must be nominated as per Clause 5) used or registered in Thailand worth 99 Baht;
     2.2 Fee for calls in relation to the monthly fee and the excess thereof are charged at 25 Satang (0.25 Baht) per minute throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing and a fraction of each minute is counted as one minute.

3. Calls made to other numbers in TrueMove or other networks as well as any other services (if any) are charged as per the rate of the user’s current promotion.

4. The users are required to pay the minimum monthly fee as per Clause 2 and the excess thereof at the rate specified in Clause 2.2 ( if any).

5. The users are entitled to make calls to the buddy number as per Clause 2.1 after having the number registered (nominated). The users are able to register and check their nominated number at any True Shops, TrueMove Shops or on 1331 (free of charge for first registration after that 50 Baht per number change will be charged.)

6. All service fees are exclusive of value added tax.

7. This extra package cannot be used in conjunction with the following promotions:
   7.1 Any unlimited calls within TrueMove network;
   7.2 Any unlimited calls or special rate calls to buddy number(s);
   7.3 Goodnight Package.

8. “Objectives of the contract”: The user agrees to use the service under this promotion for normal, personal and individual use with honest interest, not for otherwise. The user shall not use, exploit, modify or commit any act on technology or system or any other devices so as to connect or relate to such service and shall not commit or omit any act that can be described or anticipated or believed that it shall cause an immoral act or a damage or an unfair treatment to TrueMove or any other person directly or indirectly or disturbance or inconvenience or hazard to network or make the network or its part malfunction in any way.

If the user commits any act according to the aforesaid paragraph, it shall be deemed that the user offends the objectives of the contract. TrueMove reserves the rights to immediately terminate its service under this contract if there is a reasonable ground to believe that the user uses the services by any of the following ways:
     1. Use the services against the contract or the prohibition of the contract or offend the objectives of the contract or has a dishonest intention towards the service or commit any act that causes or can be anticipated or believed that it shall cause damage to TrueMove in any way; or
     2.   Use the service by way of defraud; or
     3.   Use the service illegally.

9. Should there be any regulation, order or policy set out by any relevant public authority to amend, suspend or cancel any Terms and Conditions of this promotion, TrueMove reserves its rights to change or amend such Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In this matter, such act shall not jeopardize the rights of TrueMove to change or amend Terms and Conditions of this promotion as deemed appropriate without prior notice.

10. TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, change or cancel the service rate as well as any Terms and Conditions as appropriate with notice not less than 30 days in advance through any available channels.

11. TrueMove reserves the rights to suspend or discontinue its services under this package if it considers that there is any dishonest behavior or fraud of document so as to take advantage of this package or abuse of mobile phone service or any illegal act or failure to comply with Terms and Conditions of this package.

12. This package is valid for a period of three months as from the date of activation.

Terms and Conditions of “Goodnight Package”

1. This Goodnight Package is applicable for individual TrueMove Post Pay subscribers who wish to sign up in addition to the current package from 21 January to 3 March 2010 or until further notice.

2. The minimum monthly fee of 149 Baht applies for unlimited calls to the nominated number used or registered in Thailand during the period from 8:00 pm – 11:59 pm.

3. Calls made to TrueMove numbers at any time other than that specified in Clause 2 and to other networks throughout 24 hours are charged as per the rate of the user’s current promotion.

4. The users are required to pay the minimum monthly fee as per Clause 2.

5. All service fees are exclusive of value added tax.

6. This extra package cannot be used in conjunction with the following promotions:
   6.1 Any unlimited calls within TrueMove network;
   6.2 Any unlimited calls or special rate calls to buddy number(s);
   6.3 1 Buddy Number Package.

7. “Objectives of the contract”: The user agrees to use the service under this promotion for normal, personal and individual use with honest interest, not for otherwise. The user shall not use, exploit, modify or commit any act on technology or system or any other devices so as to connect or relate to such service and shall not commit or omit any act that can be described or anticipated or believed that it shall cause an immoral act or a damage or an unfair treatment to TrueMove or any other person directly or indirectly or disturbance or inconvenience or hazard to network or make the network or its part malfunction in any way.

If the user commits any act according to the aforesaid paragraph, it shall be deemed that the user offends the objectives of the contract. TrueMove reserves the rights to immediately terminate its service under this contract if there is a reasonable ground to believe that the user uses the services by any of the following ways:
     1. Use the services against the contract or the prohibition of the contract or offend the objectives of the contract or has a dishonest intention towards the service or commit any act that causes or can be anticipated or believed that it shall cause damage to TrueMove in any way; or
     2.   Use the service by way of defraud; or
     3.   Use the service illegally.

8. Should there be any regulation, order or policy set out by any relevant public authority to amend, suspend or cancel any Terms and Conditions of this package, TrueMove reserves its rights to change or amend such Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
