True Privilege ONE PLUS Card
Terms and Conditions of One Plus Card privilege
1. The One Plus Card privilege is reserved for non-corporate TrueMove Post Pay customers who meet all the requirements set forth by TrueMove.
2. Interested persons are required to text C and send by SMS to 9989 (3 Baht per message is charged) within 24 November 2009 or until supply lasts.
3. Due to limited supply, TrueMove reserves the rights to offer One Plus Card with 2,000 reward points to first 10,000 persons who meet the qualifications under Clause 2.
4. One Plus Card will be delivered to eligible persons by postal mail within December 2009.
5. Conditions for use of One Plus Card, reward point collection and reward redemption are subject to rules and Terms and Conditions of Smart Purse Rewards program as shown on www.trueprivilege.com.
6. This privilege cannot be exchanged, refunded or changed for cash or any other items or transferred to any other persons.
7. “Objectives of the contract”: The User agrees to use the service under this promotion for normal, personal and individual use with honest interest, not for otherwise. The User shall not use, exploit, modify or commit any act on technology or system or any other devices so as to connect or relate to such service and shall not commit or omit any act that can be described or anticipated or believed that it shall cause an immoral act or a damage or an unfair treatment to TrueMove or any other person directly or indirectly or disturbance or inconvenience or hazard to network or make the network or its part malfunction in any way.
If the User commits any act according to the aforesaid paragraph, it shall be deemed that the User offends the objectives of the contract. TrueMove reserves the rights to immediately terminate its service under this contract if there is a reasonable ground to believe that the User uses the services by any of the following ways:
(1) Use the services against the contract or the prohibition of the contract or offend the objectives of the contract or has a dishonest intention towards the service or commit any act that causes or can be anticipated or believed that it shall cause damage to TrueMove in any way; or
(2) Use the service by way of defraud; or
(3) Use the service illegally.
8. TrueMove reserves the rights to suspend, change or cancel this Terms and Conditions if there is any illegal act or failure to comply with specified Terms and Conditions or if TrueMove wishes to amend or change this Terms and Conditions with notice not less than 30 days in advance through specified channels.
9.TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, change, suspend or cancel its service without prior notice if there is any regulation, order or policy stipulated by the relevant public authority, causing TrueMove to amend, change, suspend, or cancel any term and condition of this promotion, or such order increases burden to TrueMove operation.
10. In case of any dispute, TrueMove’s decision shall be final.
