How to sign up for service |

| 2.1 |
|
The users may sign up for or terminate the service by dialing *9000 (free of charge) or through any available channels; |

|
|
| 2.2 |
|
The users are able to start using this Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS package after receiving a confirmation SMS. |

|
Pre Pay and Post Pay: The users are able to select any of the following packages: |

Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS 20 hours per month: With minimum monthly fee of 99 Baht, the users are entitled to select EDGE/GPRS or Wi-Fi (1Mbps) service or both services for 20 hours per month inclusively. In the excess thereof, fees will be charged as follows: |

(1) EDGE/GPRS fee is charged at 1 Baht per minute with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute; |

|
Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS 50 hours per month: With minimum monthly fee of 199 Baht, the users are entitled to select EDGE/GPRS or Wi-Fi (1Mbps) service or both services for 50 hours per month inclusively. In the excess thereof, fees will be charged as follows: |

|
Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS 100 hours per month: With minimum monthly fee of 349 Baht, the users are entitled to select EDGE/GPRS or Wi-Fi (1Mbps) service or both services for 100 hours inclusively. In the excess thereof, fees will be charged as follows: |

EDGE/GPRS 100 MB and Wi-Fi (1Mbps) for 5 hours: With minimum monthly fee of 129 Baht, the users are entitled for EDGE/GPRS of 100 MB and Wi-Fi (1Mbps) for 5 hours. In the excess thereof, fees will be charged as follows: |

EDGE/GPRS 1 GB and unlimited Wi-Fi (1Mbps): With minimum monthly fee of 699 Baht, the users are entitled for EDGE/GPRS of 1 GB and unlimited Wi-Fi (1Mbps). In the excess thereof, fees will be charged at 0.01 Baht per kilobyte with a fraction of each kb counted as one kb. |

| 3.1.2 |
|
Privilege: Those who subscribe to Monthly Retention Package are entitled for TrueMove 3G service for a period of 30 days from the date of receiving confirmation SMS according to the detail in Clause 2.2 or until 31 August 2010, depending on which condition has been achieved first, subject to the following details:

Those who use Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS 20 hours per month package are entitled for TrueMove 3G service free of charge totaling 5 hours; |

|
Those who use Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS 50 hours per month package are entitled for TrueMove 3G service free of charge totaling 10 hours; |
| |
|
|
| (3) |
|
Those who use Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS 100 hours per month are entitled package are entitled for TrueMove 3G service free of charge totaling 15 hours; |

|
|
| (4) |
|
Those who use EDGE/GPRS 100 MB and Wi-Fi 1 Mbps 5 hours per month package are entitled for TrueMove 3G service free of charge totaling 100 Mb; |

|
|
| (5) |
|
Those who use EDGE/GPRS 500 MB and Wi-Fi 1 Mbps 10 hours per month package are entitled for TrueMove 3G service free of charge totaling 500 Mb; |

| (6) |
|
Those who use EDGE/GPRS 1 GB per month and unlimited Wi-Fi 1 Mbps package are entitled for TrueMove 3G service free of charge totaling 1GB; |

| |
|
Remark: *3G service is offered free of charge in certain areas as part of network improvement scheme. TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, change, suspend or discontinue its 3G service at any time as appropriate with advance notice through any available communication channels.
In case of free 3G service with limited usage time, the system will be automatically disconnected upon reach of the maturity period and the unused time cannot be rolled over. |

| 3.1.3 |
|
Postpaid users are able to use the service under this package within 30 days (or 28 or 29 days) based on billing cycle (except for the first billing cycle fee will be charged on a prorated basis. |

| 3.1.4 |
|
Prepaid users are able to use the service under this package within 30 calendar days as from receiving a confirmation SMS. |
| |
|
|
| 3.1.5 |
|
Fee for the subsequent month will be automatically effective unless the users notify of termination in advance at least 5 business days before the maturity date of that billing/calendar cycle; |
| |
|
|
| 3.1.6 |
|
Upon notification for termination or confirmation of other retention package the current package will be effective and charged at the end of subsequent billing/calendar cycle. |

| 3.2.3 |
|
Post Pay users who sign up for daily package as per Clauses 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 are able to use this package from 00:00 hour – 24:00 hour of the signup date; |

|
| 3.2.4 |
|
Pre Pay users who sign up for daily package as per Clauses 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 are able to use this package as from receiving a confirmation SMS until 24:00 hour of the signup date; |
| |
|
|
| 3.2.5 |
|
The daily package will end at 24:00 hour of the signup date. If wishing to continue using the service, the users are required to sign up again; |

|
|
| 3.2.6 |
|
The excess of ‘unlimited EDGE/GPRS with 3-hour Wi-Fi’ daily package will be charged additionally at 1 Baht per minute and a fraction of each minute is counted as one minute or as per the normal rate at the time of use. |

| 3.3 |
|
30-Day package: Prepaid users only |

| 3.3.1 |
|
1-hour Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS: With minimum fee of 20 Baht, the users are entitled to select EDGE/GPRS or Wi-Fi (1Mbps) service or both services for 1 hour within a period of 30 days (a fraction of each day is counted as one day); |

| 3.3.2 |
|
2-hour Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS: With minimum fee of 30 Baht, the users are entitled to select EDGE/GPRS or Wi-Fi (1Mbps) service or both services for 2 hours within a period of 30 days (a fraction of each day is counted as one day); |

|
|
| 3.3.3 |
|
5-hour Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS: With minimum fee of 50 Baht, the users are entitled to select EDGE/GPRS or Wi-Fi (1Mbps) service or both services for 5 hours within a period of 30 days (a fraction of each day is counted as one day); |

|
|
| 3.3.4 |
|
In the excess those specified in Clauses 3.3.1 - 3.3.3), fees will be charged as follows: |

|
(1) EDGE/GPRS fee is charged at 1 Baht per minute with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute; |
| |
|
|
| |
|
(2) 1 Mbps Wi-Fi fee is charged at 1 Baht per minute with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute or as per the normal rate at the time of use. |

|
|
| 3.3.5 |
|
The users cannot sign up for the packages as per Clauses 3.3.1 – 3.3.3 repeatedly with the current package. In case of signup for other package while the current package is still effective, fee will be charged over the current package before the other signed up package; |

|
|
| 3.3.6 |
|
Post Pay and Pre Pay users who sign up for 30-Day Package as per Clauses 3.3.1 – 3.3.3 (a fraction of each day is counted as one day) are able to use this package after receiving a confirmation SMS until 24:00 hour of the thirtieth day; |
| |
|
|
| 3.3.7 |
|
The 30-Day Package will end after 24:00 hour of the thirtieth day as from receiving a confirmation SMS (a fraction of each day is counted as one day). If wishing to continue using the package, the users are required to sign up again. |
| |
|
|
|
| 3.4 |
|
When the Monthly Retention Package, Daily Package or 30-Day Package end according to Clauses 3.1.6, 3.2.3-3.2.4 or 3.3.6 respectively and a user wishes to continue using EDGE/GPRS and/or Wi-Fi services, the user is required to notify of the user’s selected package otherwise it shall be deemed that the user wishes to continue using the package automatically and agrees to pay for service fee as per the actual use based on the following rates: |

| 3.4.1 |
|
EDGE/GPRS service is charged at 0.12 Baht per kilobyte or 1 Baht per minute, with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute, according to the user’s selected package or the normal rate at the time of use; |

|
| 3.4.2 |
|
Wi-Fi service is charged at 1.50 Baht per minute, with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute, or as per the normal rate at the time of use.
|
|
|
| |
|
| 4. |
All aforesaid fees are exclusive of VAT. |
| |
|
| 5. |
All aforesaid fees cover only data service as specified which exclude TrueMove service fee or other fees such as TrueMove Assistant, True World, content downloads, SMS/MMS fees, information fee, international call fee, international roaming fee and other value added service fees. |
| |
|
| 6. |
The users are able to connect to Wi-Fi by TrueMove using the users’ TrueMove mobile number as the username followed by @truemove domain name (08xxxxxxxx@truemove) and the system will send password to the users by SMS. |
| |
|
| 7. |
Wi-Fi by TrueMove connection speed is set for receiving/sending data for up to 1 Mbps per 1 Wi-Fi Account. |
| |
|
| 8. |
In case of forgetting password, the users should dial 1331 or *9000 press 4 to request for new password. |
| |
|
| 9. |
In case of signup for additional Wi-Fi package during the billing cycle such as Pay Per Use Internet, the new package will be effective at the end of the current package’s billing/calendar cycle (not immediately effective). |
| |
|
| 10. |
The users are required to immediately notify for termination of the exiting package according to details specified in Clause 2 in any of the following cases: |
| |
|
| |
| 10.1 |
|
TrueMove Pre Pay users whose their SIM card has been lost or damaged by any reason and having it changed for a new one with the existing number; |
| |
|
|
| 10.2 |
|
TrueMove Post Pay users who have transferred the mobile number ownership. |
|
| |
|
| 11. |
Wi-Fi by TrueMove users shall take responsibility to keep their password confidential to prevent it from any damage that may occur from an unauthorized use. True and True Internet reserve the rights not to be responsible for any damage occurring from such unauthorized use. |
| |
|
| 12. |
The users are required to read the details and instructions for use of Internet service before applying for service. |
| |
|
| 13. |
A system setup and installation is needed before connecting to EDGE/GPRS (offered by TrueMove) and Wi-Fi by TrueMove (offered by True Internet). The users are able to find more information on system setup and installation by dialing 1331 or 02-900-9000 press 89. |
| |
|
| 14. |
During the Wi-Fi by TrueMove service period, the Internet will be disconnected every 90 minute (session time out) for monitoring and tracking usage. If wishing to continue going online, the users are required to turn off and turn on the receiver again. |
| |
|
| 15. |
The users are able to access Wi-Fi by TrueMove at its hotspots nationwide (except the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, BITEC Bangna and Royal Paragon Hall) and any KSC hotspots offered by KSC Commercial Internet (“KSC”). The users are able to check Wi-Fi by TrueMove hotspots by browsing through www.truewifi.net or dialing 0-2900-9000 press 89 and to check KSC hotspots by visiting www.ksc.co.th. |

| 16. |
In case of not logging out or inactive use for 10 minutes, the system will be automatically logged out. |
| |
|
| 17. |
Wi-Fi connection is allowed for one concurrent user only. |
| |
|
| 18. |
Despite the fact that the users are allowed for unlimited use or access of EDGE/GPRS offered by TrueMove or Wi-Fi by TrueMove offered by True Internet Company Limited (“True Internet”), TrueMove and True Internet shall not guarantee that the users are able to get access at all times and from all premises. |
| |
|
| 19. |
TrueMove and True Internet shall exercise due caution for safety and security of EDGE/GPRS offered by TrueMove and Wi-Fi by TrueMove offered by True Internet. However, the users shall be aware of or take a personal security measure so as to prevent his/her computer or notebook or any other wireless equipment from a hacker or virus. (It is recommended that firewall and anti-virus programs should be installed.) |
| |
|
| 20. |
TrueMove reserves the rights not to be responsible for any loss or damage or loss of data occurred from delay or disruption of data service or access failure, hazardous data or content download. In this matter, the users shall take sole responsibility for such act and ensure that such downloaded content or data comes from a reliable source. |
| |
|
| 21. |
TrueMove and True Internet reserve the rights to terminate this promotion if there is an announcement or a change of service rate as a result of order and/or policy of any relevant public authority. Additionally, TrueMove reserves the rights to adjust such aforesaid service rate(s) with prior notice subject to change. |
| |
|
| 22. |
TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, change, suspend or discontinue services under this promotion if it considers that there is any dishonest behavior or fraud of document so as to take advantage of this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms and conditions of this promotion. |
| |
|
| 23. |
TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, change or cancel service fees as well as any Terms and Conditions of this promotion with notice not less than 30 days in advance through any available channels. |
| |
|
| 24. |
Any right/privilege/eligibility under this promotion cannot be changed, exchanged, refunded for cash or any other items or transferred to any other individual or corporate persons. |
| |
|
| 25. |
“Objectives of the contract”: The User agrees to use the service under this promotion for normal, personal and individual use with honest interest, not for otherwise. The User shall not use, exploit, modify or commit any act on technology or system or any other devices so as to connect or relate to such service and shall not commit or omit any act that can be described or anticipated or believed that it shall cause an immoral act or a damage or an unfair treatment to TrueMove or any other person directly or indirectly or disturbance or inconvenience or hazard to network or make the network or its part malfunction in any way.
If the User commits any act according to the aforesaid paragraph, it shall be deemed that the User offends the objectives of the contract. TrueMove reserves the rights to immediately terminate its service under this contract if there is a reasonable ground to believe that the User uses the services by any of the following ways:
(1.) Use the services against the contract or the prohibition of the contract or offend the objectives of the contract or has a dishonest intention towards the service or commit any act that causes or can be anticipated or believed that it shall cause damage to TrueMove in any way; or
(2.) Use the service by way of defraud; or
(3.) Use the service illegally.
