One Year Long
Terms and Conditions of “One year long” promotion
1. This “One year long” promotion is reserved for existing TrueMove Pre Pay Users from
1 October 2011 - 31 May 2012 or until further notice. This promotion is valid until 1 July 2012.
2. Users may switch to this promotion by dialing 9305 from their TrueMove Pre Pay phone and follow automated instructions. A service charge of 33 Baht per transaction is applied.
3. The followings are call rates for this promotion:
3.1 A call made to a TrueMove number is charged at 0.75 Baht (75 Satang) per minute throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing and a fraction of each minute is counted as one minute.
3.2 A call made to any other mobile network is charged at 2 Baht per minute throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing and a fraction of each minute is counted as one minute.
3.3 A call made to any network during the period from 1 May to 1 October 2010 is charged at two Baht per minute throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing and the excess of each minute is counted as one minute.
3.4 Sending SMS to any network is charged at 3 Baht per message (including value added tax) throughout 24 hours. This rate is valid to text messages sent to mobile phones used or registered in Thailand only which exclude special message service.
3.5 Sending multimedia messages (MMS) is charged at 5 Baht per message (excluding VAT). Price after VAT is 5.35 Baht per message.
3.5 EDGE/GPRS fee is charged at 1 Baht per minute (excluding VAT) based on per minute billing and a fraction of each minute is counted as one minute. Price after VAT is 1.07 Baht per minute.
4. Such call rates are applied for calls made to mobile or fixed line number used or registered in Thailand only, excluding calls made to any special number, international call, international roaming, short message service or other value added services.
5. Users will immediately receive a validity period of 365 days every 10-1,000 Baht top up and such validity period can be accumulated up to 365 days.
6. Users will receive validity period as per Clause 5 subject to the following conditions: Users agree to make a call (only to any non-toll free number) or top up at least every 90 day. If neither action has been done during the said period, the Users agree to have their account temporarily suspended for a period of 18 days and terminated such account in the following day.
7. During such temporarily suspension period, the Users may make a top-up to stay valid subject to conditions in Clause 5.
8. Top-up under Clause 5 excludes transfer remaining call credits through True Transfer or Mobile Top Up or True Money.
9. Upon switching to this promotion, the remaining privilege and free call bonus for other promotion will be then terminated.
10. In case of switching to any other promotion, the remaining validity days under this promotion may be transferred for use until expiration or up to 30 days. Accordingly, such validity days will be updated on the following day or within 48 hours after switching promotion.
11. True Transfer or Mobile Top Up cannot be used with this promotion.
12. Conditions for use of free call bonus (if any):
12.1 A minimum of five Baht calling credit is required.
12.2 Upon the remaining of free call bonus, a call charge would be respectively deducted from such free calling credit value and the topped up value as per the rate associated with the User’s selected promotion.
12.3 Service under Clause 2 as well as the free call bonus shall be valid as long as the User’s phone number does not fall into a temporary or permanent suspension period.
12.4 Such free call bonus applies to any call made to mobile or fixed line number used or registered in Thailand only, excluding those made to any special number, international calls, international roaming, SMS and other value-added services. It can be neither transferable nor redeemable for cash nor any other promotions.
13. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with All Together Bonus and Super hi-speed Internet.
14. This promotion can be used in conjunction with TrueLife Free View subject to terms and conditions of such program.
15. “Objectives of the contract”: The User agrees to use the service under this promotion for normal, personal and individual use with honest interest, not for otherwise. The User shall not use, exploit, modify or commit any act on technology or system or any other devices so as to connect or relate to such service and shall not commit or omit any act that can be described or anticipated or believed that it shall cause an immoral act or a damage or an unfair treatment to TrueMove or any other person directly or indirectly or disturbance or inconvenience or hazard to network or make the network or its part malfunction in any way.
If the User commits any act according to the aforesaid paragraph, it shall be deemed that the User offends the objectives of the contract. TrueMove reserves the rights to immediately terminate its service under this contract if there is a reasonable ground to believe that the User uses the services by any of the following ways:
1 Use the services against the contract or the prohibition of the contract or offend the objectives of the contract or has a dishonest intention towards the service or commit any act that causes or can be anticipated or believed that it shall cause damage to TrueMove in any way; or
2 Use the service by way of defraud; or
3 Use the service illegally.
16. Any right/privilege/eligibility under this promotion cannot be changed, exchanged, refunded for cash or any other items or transferred to any other individual or corporate persons.
17. TrueMove reserves the rights to suspend, change or cancel this Terms and Conditions if this service is exploited for commercial advantage or there is any illegal act or failure to comply with specified Terms and Conditions or if TrueMove wishes to amend or change this Terms and Conditions without prior notice. TrueMove reserves the rights to change, amend or terminate service rates as well as any Terms and Conditions with advance notice through any appropriate communication channels.
18. TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, change, suspend or terminate this service without prior notice if there is any regulation, order or policy of any relevant authority causing TrueMove to change, suspend or terminate this Terms and Conditions or such order increases burden to TrueMove operation.
19. This promotion is subject to terms and conditions set forth by TrueMove. Users shall find out more information prior to using this service with True Move Care on 1331 or by enquiring any TrueMove sales representative. TrueMove reserves the rights to discontinue its service, alter any type of service, amend any condition or call rate as it deems appropriate with notice subject to change.
