How to pay your bill

  From 1 November 2008 onwards, to make True Move Service payment via Banks’ service channels, Post Office  
  (Pay at Post), TOT (Just Pay), Counter Service and Tesco Lotus, service fee will be applied at the service points.  

  Payment Instruction  
 
1. Service fee will be charged to customers via payment channel no.10 - 17 and the rate of service fees will be defined
  by payment channel provider.
2. For payment via banks, please enter your Ref. No. 1 (Billing Account No. : 9-digit) & Ref. No. 2 (Invoice Statement
  No. : 16-digit) as displayed on Payment Slip.
3. For corporate customer, payment that subjects to withholding tax can be made at any True Shop & True Move Shop
  and we accept payment by cash or cheque only.
