This service is available
exclusively for TrueMove Pre Pay subscribers to
top up call credits at any True public phone having
TrueMove Top Up Service emblem. |

Subscriber may top up call
credits with validity to any TrueMove Pre Pay number
at the rate of 10 Baht, 20 Baht or 30 Baht (including
service fee). |

| 3. |
According to this top up
service, subscriber is required to fill in coins
at the exact amount to top up. |
| |

| 4. |
Under this top up service,
the subscriber should ensure his/her mobile phone
can be used for an outgoing call or is merely under
the temporary suspension period. |

| 5. |
Fee for this top up service
is one Baht per top-up. From 15 December 2006, subscriber
is entitled to a special offer to redeem such service
fee for call credits, which would be transferred
to the topped up number, or subject to change. Regardless
of current promotion in use, the subscriber will
be entitled to the specified validity upon top up
via this channel. |

Subscriber acknowledges
and agrees that after confirmation of top up through
automated instructions, the subscriber shall not
cancel, revoke, change or amend such transaction
and be obliged to such act in all respects. |

| 7. |
The maximum top up value
via this channel is 100 Baht per number per day.

| 8. |
True Move reserves the right
to alter, amend, cancel or not allow any subscriber
to use this top up channel to exploit benefit or
act illegally, or reserves the right to alter, amend
or cancel this service in case of determination
of interconnection charge or in any circumstance
as it deems appropriate as well as not allow those
who use a promotion specified by TrueMove to participate
in this service without prior notice. |
