Minimum monthly fee of 299

Minimum monthly fee
of 299 Baht covers outgoing calls worth 299
Baht per month. Accordingly, the call rate
in relation to the monthly fee and the excess
thereof shall be charged as follows: |

Call rate from
the first to the sixth month as from
start using this promotion is charged
as follows: |

A call
made to any TrueMove number is
charged at one Baht for the first
minute and 0.25 Baht per minute
afterwards based on per minute
billing throughout 24 hours. |

A call
made to any other mobile number
is charged at 1.25 Baht per minute
based on per minute billing throughout
24 hours. |

| 2.1.1.3. |
There
is no additional charge for call
made to any True fixed line or
WePCT number between 11:00 p.m.
and 4:59 p.m. and call made any
other time i.e. between 5:00 p.m.
and 10:59 p.m. is charged in addition
to the minimum monthly fee at
one Baht for the first minute
and 0.25 Baht per minute afterwards
based on per minute billing. |

Call made between
the 7th and the twelfth month as from
starting using this promotion is charged
as follows: |

A call
made to any TrueMove or True fixed
line or WePCT number is charged
at one Baht for the first minute
and 0.25 Baht per minute afterwards
based on per minute billing throughout
24 hours. |

Call
made to any number other than
TrueMove number is charged at
one Baht and 0.25 Satang (1.25
Baht) per minute based on per
minute billing throughout 24 hours. |

| 2.2 |
|
Users are required
to pay the minimum monthly fee as per Clauses
2 as well as the excess thereof and other
value-added service fees at the normal rate
based on actual use. |

| 3. |
All call rates in Clause
2 are applied for any call made to mobile or fixed
line number used or registered in Thailand only,
excluding any call made to any special number other
than fixed line number, SMS, data transfer, information
service, international call, international roaming
call and any other value added service. |

| 4. |
Users under this promotion
may apply for the following Welcome Service free
of charge: |

| 4.1 |
Phonebook transfer
from existing SIM card into TrueMove SIM card. |
| |
|
| 4.2 |
SMS alert of new TrueMove
number to all TrueMove contacts in the existing
SIM, for whom registered for service in Thailand.
The maximum numbers to be sent shall not exceed
250. |

| 4.3 |
Those whose SIM have
been lost or damaged are eligible to one free
service on change of SIM with existing TrueMove
number. |

| 4.4 |
SMS alert when the
credit line reaches the specified monthly
fee. (An application is required). |

| 5. |
The aforesaid call rates
are subject to value added tax. |
| |

| 6. |
This promotion cannot be
used in conjunction with All Together Bonus. |

|
| 7. |
This
promotion can be used in conjunction with upgrade
for SUPER hi-speed Internet package. |
| |
|
| 8. |
Should there be any order
or policy set out by any relevant authority to amend,
suspend or cancel any term or condition of this
promotion, TrueMove reserves its rights to alter
or amend such term or condition without prior notice.
In this matter, such act shall not jeopardize the
rights of TrueMove to alter or amend terms and conditions
of this promotion as deemed appropriate without
prior notice. |

TrueMove reserves its rights
to suspend or discontinue its service under this
promotion if it considers that there is any fraud
or forgery of document so as to take advantage from
this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service
or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms
and conditions of this promotion. |

| 10. |
This promotion shall be
valid for a period of twelve months as from the
date of starting using service fee under this promotion. |
