This privilege is reserved for TrueMove Post Pay users who have registered as individual customer from a period from three months (billing cycle) and more as from the date of activation excluding those users specified by TrueMove. This privilege is effective from 1 December 2008 onwards until further notice. |

Users are eligible to make free calls to any TrueMove numbers on their birthday between 00:00:01 a.m. and 11:59:59 p.m. according to the information given to TrueMove on the registration date. |

| 3. |
This privilege is available for any call made to TrueMove mobile number excluding those made to any other mobile networks or fixed line numbers registered in Thailand or special numbers other than fixed line numbers, all types of international calls, international roaming, value added services such as text messages, data transfer, information service and any other value added services. |

| 4. |
In the case where a call is made to any other number before or after receiving the said privilege, the User is required to pay for the service used subject to time and fee of the promotion the User has selected. |

| 5. |
The followings are conditions for use of free 24-hour Wi-Fi service: |

|
Service is valid 24 hours after first login. |
| |
|
|
| 5.2. |
|
Expiry date is specified on the carbon coupon sent by postal mail. |

| 5.3 |
|
Service is available at more than 15,000 Wi-Fi by TrueMove hotspots nationwide with the maximum connection speed of 1 Mbps and any KSC hotspot with the maximum connection speed of which each hotspot can provide (service area can be reviewed on www.truewifi.net) |

| 5.4 |
|
This package cannot be used at BITEC Bangna, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Royal Paragon Hall and Grand Mercure Fortune Bangkok (only room service) |

|
Session timeout and idle time are set at 90 minutes and 10 minutes respectively. |

Service is available per one concurrent user. |

| 6. |
TrueMove reserves the rights not to provide this service to those who have an outstanding balance, have their account temporarily suspended or terminated during the period from the month/billing cycle before their birthday until the month of their birthday. |

| 7. |
This privilege is exclusively offered to those who use the service specified by TrueMove. Accordingly, this privilege cannot be transferred or exchanged or changed for cash. |

| 8. |
In the case where there is a transfer of mobile phone number and the existing user (transferor) has taken the privilege, the new user (transferee) will be eligible to this privilege on the following year. |

| 9. |
Users are eligible to receive the free call privilege once a year per number. |
| |
|
| 10. |
Users are eligible for free 24-hour Wi-Fi access and Birthday Pack once a year per person. |
| |
|
| 11. |
In the case where the month of February has 28 days and the User’s birthday is on the 29th February, the User may exercise this privilege on the 28th February. |

| 12. |
TrueMove reserves the rights to suspend or cancel this privilege if it considers that there is any dishonest or fraud of document or any other evidence so as to take advantage of this privilege or abuse of this privilege or any illegal act or failure to comply with specified terms and conditions. |

| 13. |
TrueMove reserves the rights to change or amend this privilege as well as terms and conditions of this privilege as deem appropriate without prior notice. |
