The followings are call
rates for this promotion: |

The minimum monthly
fee is 299 Baht. The call rate in relation
to monthly fee and the excess thereof shall
be charged as follows: |

Call rate for
the first to the twelfth month as from
the date of commencement of this promotion
is covered by the following details: |

| |
Any
call made to a TrueMove number
during the period from 05:00 a.m.
– 4:59 p.m. is covered by the
monthly fee. |

Any
call made to a TrueMove number
during the period from 5:00 p.m.
– 04:59 a.m. of the following
day is charged in addition to
the monthly fee at two Baht per
minute for the first two minutes
and 0.25 Baht per minute afterwards
based on per minute billing. |

Any
call made to non-TrueMove number
at anytime throughout 24 hours
is charged in addition to the
monthly fee at two Baht per minute
for the first two minutes, and
0.25 Baht per minute afterwards
based on per minute billing. |

| 2.2
|
User is required to
pay the minimum monthly fee as per Clause
2.1 as well as the excess thereof and other
value-added service fees at the normal rate
based upon actual use. |

| 2.3 |
Those who choose this
promotion shall receive a 50-Baht call credit
every month for the first three months as
from the date of commencement of this promotion.
This call credit can be used for making call(s)
to any TrueMove number during the period from
5:00 p.m. – 04:59 a.m. or any other numbers
throughout 24 hours. In this matter, such
call credit shall not be accumulated for the
following month. |

All call rates in Clause
2 are applied for any call made to mobile or fixed
line number used or registered in Thailand only,
excluding any call made to any special number other
than fixed line number, SMS, data transfer, information
service, international call, international roaming
call and any other value added service. |

| 4. |
User under this promotion
may apply for the following Welcome Service free
of charge: |

| 4.1
|
Phonebook transfer
from existing SIM card into TrueMove SIM card. |
| |
|
4.2
|
SMS alert of new TrueMove
number to all TrueMove contacts in the existing
SIM, for whom registered for service in Thailand.
The maximum numbers to be sent shall not exceed
250. |

| 4.3
|
Those whose SIM have
been lost or damaged are eligible to one free
service on change of SIM with existing TrueMove
number. |

|
| 4.4 |
SMS alert when the
credit line reaches the minimum monthly fee.
(An application is required). |

| 5. |
The aforesaid call rate
is subject to VAT. |
| |
|
| 6. |
This promotion shall not
apply in conjunction with All Together Bonus. |

| 7. |
Those who join TrueLife
Free View program and wish to join this promotion
may apply for “TrueLife Free View Buffet 299 – Bonus
150” package. |

| 8. |
Should there be any order
or policy set out by any relevant authority to amend,
suspend or cancel any term or condition of this
promotion, TrueMove reserves the right to alter
or amend such term or condition without prior notice.
In this matter, such act shall not jeopardize the
right of TrueMove to alter or amend terms and conditions
of this promotion as deems appropriate without prior
notice. |

TrueMove reserves the right
to suspend or discontinue its service under this
promotion if it considers that there is any fraud
or forgery of document so as to take advantage from
this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service
or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms
and conditions of this promotion. |

This promotion shall be
valid for a period of twelve months as from the
date of activation. |
