This promotion is available
for those who apply for or use TrueMove Post Pay
service as natural/individual person during the
period from 6 March 2008 to 3 July 2008 or is subject
to change. |

The minimum monthly fee
of 300 Baht covers the following details: |

| 2.1 |
The minimum monthly
fee of 300 Baht covers call charge worth 300
Baht per month. In this matter, call rate
in relation to monthly fee and the excess
thereof shall not be charged for the first
minute but be charged at 1.50 Baht per minute
from the second minute onwards based on per
minute billing throughout 24 hours. |

| 2.2

Users are required
to pay the minimum monthly fee as per Clauses
2 as well as the excess thereof and other
value-added service fees at the normal rate
based upon actual use. |

| 2.3 |
Existing users who
switch to this promotion shall receive an
additional call credit bonus worth 30 Baht
every month for a period of 12 months. Accordingly,
such free call credits can be rolled over
to the following month. |

| 3. |
All call rates in Clause
2 are applied for any call made to mobile or fixed
line number used or registered in Thailand only,
excluding any call made to any special number other
than fixed line number, SMS, data transfer, information
service, international call, international roaming
call and any other value added service. |

| 4. |
Users under this promotion
may apply for the following Welcome Service free
of charge: |

| 4.1
|
Phonebook transfer
from existing SIM card into TrueMove SIM card. |

4.2
|
SMS alert of new TrueMove
number to all TrueMove contacts in the existing
SIM, for whom registered for service in Thailand.
The maximum numbers to be sent shall not exceed
250. |

| 4.3
|
Those whose SIM have
been lost or damaged are eligible to one free
service on change of SIM with existing TrueMove
number. |

| 4.4 |
SMS alert when the
credit line reaches the specified monthly
fee. (An application is required). |

| 5. |
The aforesaid call rates
are subject to VAT. |

| 6. |
This promotion shall not
be applied in conjunction with All Together Bonus. |

| 7. |
Those who join TrueLife
Free View program and wish to join this promotion
may apply for “TrueLife Free View 300 – First Minute
Free Call” package but will not receive the free
call bonus as specified in Clause 2.3. |

| 8. |
Should there be any order
or policy set out by any relevant authority to amend,
suspend or cancel any term or condition of this
promotion, TrueMove reserves its rights to alter
or amend such term or condition without prior notice.
In this matter, such act shall not jeopardize the
rights of TrueMove to alter or amend terms and conditions
of this promotion as deemed appropriate without
prior notice. |

TrueMove reserves its rights
to suspend or discontinue its service under this
promotion if it considers that there is any fraud
or forgery of document so as to take advantage from
this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service
or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms
and conditions of this promotion |

This promotion shall be
valid for a period of twelve months as from the
date of activation. |
