| 2. |
The minimum monthly fee of 189 Baht covers the following details: |

| 2.1 |
Service fees of the first month to the sixth month as from the date of commencement of service under this promotion comprise the minimum monthly fee of 189 Baht which covers call charge worth 189 Baht per month. In this matter, call rates in relation to monthly fee and the excess thereof shall be charged as follows: |

The followings are call charges for the period from 08:00 a.m. – 7:59 p.m. |

Three Baht per minute for the first two minutes and there is no additional charge from the third minute to the thirtieth minute. |
| |
|
|
Three Baht per minute for the 31st minute to the 32nd minute and there is no additional charge from the 33rd minute onwards. In this matter, call charge will be based on its cycle and the said call rate will be applied for up to 180 minutes. |

Three Baht per minute from the 181st minute onwards (in case of overlapping, call charges are subject to specified rates.) |

2.1.2 |
Three Baht for the first minute and one Baht per minute afterwards during the period from 8:00 p.m. – 07:59 a.m. |

2.1.3 |
The aforesaid call rates are based on per minute billing. |

| 2.2 |
Service fees of the seventh month to the twelfth month comprise the minimum monthly fee of 189 Baht which covers call charge worth 189 Baht per month. In this matter, call rates in relation to monthly fee and the excess thereof shall be charged as follows: |

2.2.1 |
Three Baht for the first minute and one Baht per minute afterwards throughout 24 hours. |

2.2.2 |
The aforesaid call rates are based on per minute billing. |

| |
|
| 2.3 |
Users are required to pay the minimum monthly fee as per Clauses 2.1 – 2.2 as well as the excess thereof and other value-added service fees at the normal rate based upon actual use. |

| 2.4 |
No rollover is allowed. |

|
| 3. |
All call rates in Clause 2 are applied for any call made to mobile or fixed line number used or registered in Thailand only, excluding any call made to any special number other than fixed line number, SMS, data transfer, information service, international call, international roaming call and any other value added service. |

| 4. |
Users under this promotion may apply for the following Welcome Service free of charge: |

| 4.1 |
Phonebook transfer from existing SIM card into TrueMove SIM card. |
| |
|
4.2
|
SMS alert of new TrueMove number to all TrueMove contacts in the existing SIM, for whom registered for service in Thailand. The maximum numbers to be sent shall not exceed 250. |

| 4.3 |
Those whose SIM have been lost or damaged are eligible to one free service on change of SIM with existing TrueMove number. |

| 4.4 |
SMS alert when the credit line reaches the specified monthly fee. (An application is required). |

| 5. |
The aforesaid call rates are subject to VAT. |
| |
|
| 6. |
Should there be any order or policy set out by any relevant authority to amend, suspend or cancel any term or condition of this promotion, TrueMove reserves its rights to alter or amend such term or condition without prior notice. In this matter, such act shall not jeopardize the rights of TrueMove to alter or amend terms and conditions of this promotion as deemed appropriate without prior notice. |

| 7. |
TrueMove reserves its rights to suspend or discontinue its service under this promotion if it considers that there is any fraud or forgery of document so as to take advantage from this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms and conditions of this promotion. |

| 8. |
This promotion shall be valid for a period of twelve months as from the date of activation. |
