This promotion is valid
for those who apply for or use TrueMove Post Pay
service as individual person or corporate identity
during the period from September 5, 2008 to October
6, 2008 or until further notice. |

Minimum monthly fee of
289 Baht covers the following fees: |

|
As from the date
of start using this promotion, minimum monthly
fee of 289 Baht covers outgoing calls worth
289 Baht per month. Accordingly, the call
rate in relation to the monthly fee and the
excess thereof will be charged as follows: |

| 2.1.1. |
|
Call made to
any network throughout 24 hours is
charged at one Baht per minute based
on per minute billing. |

|
| 2.1.2. |
|
Fee for sending
SMS and MMS is charged in addition
to monthly fee at one Baht per message
throughout 24 hours. |

|
|
|
| 2.2 |
|
Users are required
to pay the said minimum monthly fee under
Clause 2 as well as the excess thereof and
other value-added service based on actual
use. |

| 3. |
All aforesaid call rates
are applied for any call made to mobile or fixed
line number used or registered in Thailand only,
excluding any call made to any special number other
than fixed line number, SMS, data transfer, information
service, international call, international roaming
service and any other additional services. |

| 4. |
Users under this promotion
may apply for the following Welcome Services free
of charge: |

| 4.1 |
Phonebook transfer
from existing SIM card into TrueMove SIM card. |
| |
|
| 4.2 |
SMS alert of new TrueMove
number to all TrueMove contacts in the existing
SIM, for whom registered for service in Thailand.
The maximum numbers to be sent shall not exceed
250. |

|
| 4.3 |
Those whose SIM have
been lost or damaged are eligible to one free
service on change of SIM with existing TrueMove
number. |

|
| 4.4 |
SMS alert when the
credit line reaches the specified monthly fee.
(An application is required). |

|
| 5. |
The aforesaid rates exclude
value added tax. |
| |

| 6. |
This promotion can be used
in conjunction with All Together Bonus and Upspeed
SUPER hi-speed Internet but not with TrueLife Free
View program. |

| 7. |
Should
there be any regulation, order or policy set
out by any relevant public authority to amend,
suspend or cancel any term and condition of this
promotion, TrueMove reserves its rights to change
or amend such term and condition without prior
notice. In this matter, such act shall not jeopardize
the rights of TrueMove to change or amend terms
and conditions of this promotion as deemed appropriate
without prior notice. |

TrueMove reserves its rights
to suspend or discontinue its services under this
promotion if it considers that there is any dishonest
behaviour or fraud of document so as to take advantage
of this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service
or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms
and conditions of this promotion. |

| 9. |
This promotion is valid
for a period of six months as from the date of
activation. |
