The minimum fee for this
promotion is 89 Baht per month as per the following
details: |

| 2.1 |
The minimum monthly
fee is 89 Baht. This fee cannot be redeemed
for call credits. The excess of the monthly
fee shall be charged subject to the following
rates: |

2.1.1
|
Any call made
to a TrueMove number is not charged
for the first minute and is charged
at 1.50 Baht per minute from the second
minute onwards based on per minute billing. |

2.1.2 |
Any call made
to non-TrueMove number is charged at
0.25 Baht for the first minutes and
1.50 Baht per minute afterwards based
on per minute billing. |

| 2.2
|
The subscriber is
required to pay the minimum monthly fee as
per Clause 2.1 as well as the excess thereof
and other value-added service fees at the
normal rate for actual use. |

| 3. |
All call rates as per Clause
2 are applied for any call made to mobile or fixed
line number used or registered in Thailand only,
excluding any call made to any special number other
than fixed line number, SMS, data transfer, information
service, international call, international roaming
call and any other value added service. |

| 4. |
User under this promotion
may apply for the following Welcome Service free
of charge: |

| 4.1
|
Phonebook transfer
from existing SIM card into True Move SIM
card. |
| |
|
4.2
|
SMS alert of new True
Move number to all True Move contacts in the
existing SIM, for whom registered for service
in Thailand. The maximum numbers to be sent
shall not exceed 250. |

|
| 4.3
|
Those whose SIM have
been lost or damaged are eligible to one free
service on change of SIM with existing True
Move number. |

| 4.4 |
SMS alert when the
credit line reaches the minimum monthly fee.
(An application is required). |

| 5. |
The aforesaid call rates
exclude VAT. |

| 6. |
This promotion is not used
in conjunction with All Together Bonus and TrueLife
Free View. |
| |

| 7. |
Should there be any order
or policy set out by any relevant authority to amend,
suspend or cancel any term or condition of this
promotion, TrueMove reserves its rights to alter
or amend such term or condition without prior notice.
In this matter, such act shall not jeopardize the
rights of TrueMove to alter or amend terms and conditions
of this promotion as deemed appropriate without
prior notice. |

TrueMove reserves its rights
to suspend or discontinue its service under this
promotion if it considers that there is any fraud
or forgery of document so as to take advantage from
this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service
or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms
and conditions of this promotion. |

| 9. |
This promotion shall be
valid for a period of six months as from the date
of activation. |
