  Terms and Conditions of ”TrueMove 1000 – Step-down fee”
promotion for free”
 
   
1. This promotion is available for those who apply for or use TrueMove Post Pay service as natural/individual person during the period from 4 July – 5 August 2008 or is subject to change.
   
2. The minimum monthly fee of 1000 Baht covers the following details:
   
 
2.1   As from the date of start using this promotion, the minimum monthly fee is 1000 Baht covering fee for calls made to any mobile number according to the following period:
   
     
2.1.1.   For the first month, non-charge calls cover 1360 minutes per month.
     
2.1.2.   For the second month, non-charge calls cover 1400 minutes per month.
     
2.1.3.   For the third month, non-charge calls cover 1440 minutes per month.
     
2.1.4.   For the fourth month, non-charge calls cover 1480 minutes per month.
     
2.1.5.   For the fifth month, non-charge calls cover 1520 minutes per month.
     
2.1.6.   For the sixth month, non-charge calls cover 1560 minutes per month.
     
2.1.7.   For the seventh to the twelfth month, non-charge calls cover 1600 minutes per month.
     
2.2   The excess of non-fee period under Clause 2.1 is charged at 1.25 Baht per minute for calls made to any network throughout 24 hours.
   
3. Users are required to pay the aforementioned minimum monthly fee as well as the excess thereof and fees for any other extra services at the normal rate based upon actual use.
   
4. All aforesaid call rates are applied for any call made to mobile or fixed line number used or registered in Thailand only, excluding any call made to any special number other than fixed line number, SMS, data transfer, information service, international call, international roaming service and any other additional services.

Users under this promotion may apply for the following Welcome Services free of charge:
 
   
5.1 Phonebook transfer from existing SIM card into TrueMove SIM card.
   
5.2 SMS alert of new TrueMove number to all TrueMove contacts in the existing SIM, for whom registered for service in Thailand. The maximum numbers to be sent shall not exceed 250.
   
5.3 Those whose SIM have been lost or damaged are eligible to one free service on change of SIM with existing TrueMove number.
   
5.4 SMS alert when the credit line reaches the specified monthly fee. (An application is required).
   
6. The aforesaid call rates are subject to value added tax.

This promotion can be used in conjunction with All Together Bonus and Upspeed SUPER hi-speed Internet but not with TrueLife Free View program.

   
8. Those who join TrueLife Free View program and wish to participate in this promotion may apply for “TrueLife Free View 1000 – Step-down Fee” promotion but cannot use All Together Bonus program.
   
9. Should there be any regulation, order or policy set out by any relevant authority to amend, suspend or cancel any term or condition of this promotion, TrueMove reserves its rights to alter or amend such term or condition without prior notice. In this matter, such act shall not jeopardize the rights of TrueMove to alter or amend terms and conditions of this promotion as deemed appropriate without prior notice.
   
10. TrueMove reserves its rights to suspend or discontinue its services under this promotion if it considers that there is any dishonest behavior or fraud of document so as to take advantage from this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms and conditions of this promotion.
   
11. This promotion shall be valid for a period of twelve months as from the date of activation.
