This “Call 1 Minute, Get
Free 1 Minute” promotion is available for those
who apply or subscribe for TrueMove Pre Pay during
the period from 4 April to 6 May 2008 or is subject
to change. |

| 2. |
Call rate for calls made
to any network throughout 24 hours based on per
minute billing includes the following details: |

| 2.1 |
Call made at the
first minute is charged at three Baht and
the second minute is free of charge. |
| |
|
| 2.2 |
Call made from the
third minute onwards is charged at 0.50 Baht
per minute with no charge for its next minute
and repeat the same method until end of call.

| 3. |
Such call rate is applied
for any call made to mobile or fixed line numbers
used or registered in Thailand only, excluding any
call made to any special numbers, international
calls, international roaming calls and SMS, and
any other value added services. |

| 4. |
New users who apply during
the period from 4 April to 6 May 2008 shall receive
call credits worth 10 Baht and free call bonus worth
25 Baht, totaling 35 Baht immediately upon activation. |

| 5. |
Conditions for use of free
call bonus |
| |

| |
| 5.1 |
A minimum credit
balance of five Baht is required. |
| |
|
| 5.2 |
In the case where
the User has a free call bonus, a call charge
will be respectively deducted from such free
call bonus value and the topped up value as
per the rate associated with the User’s selected
promotion. |

| 5.3 |
The service pursuant
to Clause 2. as well as free call bonus will
be valid as long as the User’s number does
not fall under the temporary or permanent
suspension period. |

| 5.4 |
Such free call bonus
applies for any call made to mobile or fixed
line number used or registered in Thailand
only, excluding those made to any special
number, international calls, international
roaming, SMS and other value-added services,
and is not transferable or redeemable for
cash or any other promotion. |

| 6. |
This promotion may be used
in conjunction with TrueLife Free View subject to
Terms and Conditions of such programs. Users shall
find out more detailed information prior to using
the services on www.truemove.com. |

| 7. |
This
promotion cannot be used in conjunction with All
Together Bonus. |

| 8. |
Users under this promotion
shall neither apply for “Mobile Top Up” nor “True
Transfer” service. |

This promotion is valid
until 1 August 2008. |

| 10. |
TrueMove reserves its rights
to suspend, change or cancel this Terms and Conditions
if there is any illegal act or failure to comply
with any term and condition specified under this
promotion or if TrueMove wishes to amend or change
this Terms and Conditions without prior notice. |

TrueMove reserves its rights
to amend, alter, suspend or cancel its service without
prior notice if there is any regulation, order or
policy stipulated by the relevant public authority,
causing TrueMove to amend, alter, suspend, or cancel
any term and condition of this promotion, or such
order increases burden to TrueMove operation. |
