This “5 Minutes 50 Satang”
promotion is available for those who apply for
TrueMove Pre Pay service during the period from
6 June to 3 July 2008, or is subject to change. |

The followings are call
rates for this promotion: |

| 2.1 |
Call made to a TrueMove
number is charged at 0.50 Baht for the first
five minutes and 0.50 Baht per minute from
the sixth minute onwards based on per minute
billing and each fraction is counted as one
minute. |
| |

| 2.2 |
Call made to any
other number is charged at one Baht per minute
throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing
and each fraction is counted as one minute. |

|
| 3. |
Such call rates are applied
for any call made to mobile or fixed line numbers
used or registered in Thailand only, excluding
any call made to any special numbers, international
calls, international roaming calls and SMS, and
any other value added services. |

| 4. |
New users who apply during
the period from 6 June to 3 July 2008 will receive
calling credit bonus as follows: |

| 4.1 |
SIM 99 Baht: receive
calling credit worth 10 Baht and free calling
credit bonus worth 25 Baht, totaling 35 Baht,
immediately upon activation. |

| 4.2 |
SIM 49 Baht: receive
calling credit worth 5 Baht and free calling
credit bonus worth 10 Baht, totaling 15 Baht,
immediately upon activation. |

| 5. |
Conditions for use of free
calling bonus |
| |

| 5.1 |
A minimum of five
Baht call credit is required. |
| |
|
| 5.2 |
Upon the remaining
of free calling bonus, a call charge would
be respectively deducted from such free calling
credit value and the topped up value as per
the rate associated with the User’s selected
promotion. |

| 5.3 |
Service under Clause
2 as well as the free calling bonus shall
be valid as long as the User’s phone number
does not fall into a temporary or permanent
suspension period. |

| 5.4 |
Such free calling
bonus applies to any call made to mobile
or fixed line number used or registered in
Thailand only, excluding those made to any
special number, international calls, international
roaming, SMS and other value-added services.
It can be neither transferable nor redeemable
for cash nor any other promotions. |

| 6. |
This promotion cannot be
used in conjunction with TrueLife Free View and
All Together Bonus programs. |

| 7. |
True
Transfer shall be valid at least 75 days after
activation on TrueMove Pre Pay account. |

| 8. |
This promotion is valid
until 1 October 2008. |
| |

| 9. |
TrueMove reserves the rights
to suspend, change or cancel this Terms and Conditions
if there is any illegal act or failure to comply
with any term and condition specified under this
promotion or if TrueMove wishes to amend or change
this Terms and Conditions without prior notice. |

TrueMove reserves the rights
to amend, alter, suspend or cancel its service
without prior notice if there is any regulation,
order or policy stipulated by relevant public authority,
causing TrueMove to amend, alter, suspend, or cancel
any term and condition of this promotion, or such
order increases burden to TrueMove operation. |

reserves its rights to cancel its service, alter

rate as it deems appropriate with notice subject
