This "1.25 Baht Flat Rate" promotion is available for those who apply for TrueMove Pre Pay service during the period from 6 September 2007 to 5 October 2007, or is subject to change according to TrueMove. |

| 2. |
Call rate for this promotion is charged at 1.25 Baht per minute throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing. Each fraction thereof is counted as one minute. |

| 3. |
Such call rates are applied for any call made to mobile or fixed line numbers used or registered in Thailand only, excluding any call made to any special numbers, international calls, international roaming calls and SMS, and any other value added services. |

| 4. |
A new user who applies for service during the period from 6 September 2007 to 5 October 2007 shall receive a call credit worth 50 Baht immediately upon activation and five free call bonuses worth 30 Baht each every 30 days. Accordingly, the total of call credit and free call bonuses is 200 Baht. |

| 5. |
The followings are the conditions for use of free call bonus: |

| 5.1 |
A minimum credit balance of five Baht is required. |

| 5.2 |
Upon the existence of free call bonus, a call charge will be respectively deducted from such free call bonus value and the topped up value as per the rate associated with the User’s selected promotion. |

| 5.3 |
The service pursuant to Clause 2 as well as free call bonus shall be valid as long as the User’s number is not under the temporary or permanent suspension period. |

| 5.4 |
Such free call bonus is applied for any call made to TrueMove number excluding calls made to any other mobile phone numbers, fixed-line numbers used or registered in Thailand, any special numbers, international calls, international roaming, SMS and other value-added services, and is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash nor any other promotion. |

This promotion may be used in conjunction with TrueLife Free View and All Together Bonus programs subject to Terms and Conditions of such programs and Users shall find out more information prior to using this service on www.truemove.com. |

| 7. |
Users under this promotion shall neither apply for “mobile top up without validity period” nor “transfer with validity period” service. |

| 8. |
This promotion is valid until 30 November 2007. |

TrueMove reserves the rights to suspend, change or terminate this Terms and Conditions if there is any illegal act or failure to comply with any term and condition specified under this promotion or if TrueMove wishes to amend or change this Terms and Conditions without prior notice. |

TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, alter, suspend or cancel its service without prior notice if there is any regulation, order or policy stipulated by the relevant public authority, causing TrueMove to amend, alter, suspend, or cancel any term and condition of this promotion, or such order increases burden to TrueMove operation. |
