This “Buffet 159—Daytime
and Nighttime 18-hour long” promotion is valid for
those who use TrueMove Pre Pay service as individual
person during the period from 8 February 2008 –
3 July 2008, or is subject to change. |

| 2. |
The User shall call 9331
to apply for this “Buffet 159—Daytime and Nighttime
18-hour long” promotion and be required to pay application
fee of 159 Baht, provided that a minimum of one
validity day shall remain in the User’ account prior
to applying for this service. |

| 3. |
The User is eligible to
make unlimited calls to any TrueMove number with
no extra charge during the buffet (specified) period
of 30 days as from the date of application. In this
matter, this promotion does not offer validity day
for the User’ account. |

| 4. |
Call fee during the 30-day
buffet period shall be divided into two sub-periods
as follows: |

| 4.1 |
Calls made to TrueMove
numbers during the period from 11:00 p.m.
– 4:59 p.m. of the following day are covered
by package fee of 159 Baht and any call made
to other numbers is charged in addition to
the package fee. |

| 4.2 |
Calls made during
the period from 5:00 p.m. – 10:59 p.m. are
charged in addition to the package fee at
three Baht for the first minute and 0.50 Baht
per minute afterwards based on per minute
billing. |

| 5. |
Users shall not use All
Together Bonus during the 30-day buffet period. |
| |
|
| 6. |
Call rate after end of this
30-day buffet period promotion is charged at three
Baht for the first minute and 0.50 Baht per minute
afterwards based on per minute billing. |

| 7. |
Such call rate are applied
for any call made to mobile or fixed line number
used or registered in Thailand only, excluding any
call made to any special number, international call,
international roaming, short message service or
other value added services. |

| 8. |
Users are entitled to make
unlimited calls to any TrueMove numbers with no
extra charge during the buffet (specified) period
as long as the validity period of TrueMove Pre Pay
service remains. If such period ends, Users shall
not be entitled to the said promotion until next
top up. |

| 9. |
Users may check the remaining
validity period on 9331 (free of charge). |
| |
|
| 10. |
Users who receive a free
call bonus from any other promotion and apply for
this promotion shall not be entitled to such free
call bonus for the remaining period. |

| 11. |
Those who use “Nan Jing
Jing”, “Two-Year Long” or “Chaiyo” promotion and
apply for this promotion shall be entitled to using
the remaining accumulated validity days for up to
30 days. |

12. |
This “Buffet 159—Daytime
and Nighttime 18-hour long” promotion shall be valid
until 1 October 2008. |

| 13. |
TrueMove reserves its rights
to suspend, change or discontinue this “Terms and
Conditions” if there is abuse of this service or
failure to comply with the specified terms and conditions
or if TrueMove wishes to amend or change terms and
conditions of this service without prior notice. |

| 14. |
TrueMove reserves its rights
to amend, alter, suspend or discontinue this service
without prior notice if there is any regulation,
order or policy stipulated by the relevant public
authority, causing TrueMove to amend, alter, suspend,
or discontinue any term and condition of this service
or such order increases burden to TrueMove. |

| 15. |
This promotion is subject
to conditions set forth by TrueMove. Users shall
find out more information prior to using the service
with TrueMove Care on 1331 or enquire any TrueMove
sales representative. TrueMove reserves its rights
to cancel its service, alter any type of service,
amend any term and condition or call rate as it
deems appropriate with notice upon any change. |
