  Terms and Conditions (SMS/MMS Package: Pre Pay Customers)
 
   
1. This SMS/MMS package is available for TrueMove existing and new Pre Pay customers who apply as individual person.
   
2. This SMS/MMS package is available for those who apply during the period from today to 30 September 2008.
   
3. Customers shall apply for SMS/MMS package by SMS only and be activated for service after receipt of SMS confirmation of application.
   
4. This SMS/MMS package shall be used for sending SMS and MMS by domestic Phone to Phone service only.

Customers may select SMS or MMS package and shall be eligible to the following details:
 
   
5.1 SMS Package 1: Service fee of 30 Baht per month covers sending 30 SMS messages
(the 31st SMS onwards will be charged at 3 Baht per message.)
   
5.2 SMS Package 2: Service fee of 50 Baht per month covers sending 75 SMS messages
(the 76th SMS onwards will be charged at 3 Baht per message.)
   
5.3 SMS Package 3: Service fee of 75 Baht per month covers sending 150 SMS messages
(the 151st SMS onwards will be charged at 3 Baht per message.)
   
5.4 MMS Package 1: Service fee of 15 Baht per month covers sending 5 MMS messages
(the 6th MMS onwards will be charged at 5 Baht per message excluding content fee.)
   
5.5 MMS Package 2: Service fee of 50 Baht per month covers sending 20 MMS messages (the 21st MMS onwards will be charged at 5 Baht per message excluding content fee.)
   
6. According to service rate under Clause 5, SMS package shall be valid for 30 days as from the date of application unless the remaining validity period of call usage as at the date of application is less than 30 days, the package will be valid until the last date of the remaining validity period. In case of topping up thereafter, the number of validity period of the package shall not be added though the number of days for call usage increases.
   
 
6.1 Within 30-day validity, if Customer’s account is temporarily suspended, the SMS package shall be terminated immediately (regardless of whether such SMS/MMS service is used up.)
   
7. Service rate under Clause 5 for MMS package has no expiration date.
   
8. According to MMS package, in the case where Customer sends MMS to multiple destination numbers at a time, the numbers of MMS usage from the package shall be deducted once only and the rest shall be charged at the normal rate of 5 Baht per message.
   
9. Customer may select more than one SMS and/or MMS package at a time subject to the following details:
 
   
9.1 SMS package: the valid numbers of SMS message and its validity period
(30 days per package) can be accumulated subject to conditions in Clause 6.
   
9.2 . MMS package: the valid numbers of MMS message can be accumulated without expiration date.
   
10. There is no application fee for SMS/MMS service via SMS 93232.
   
11 Customer is required to reapply upon using up of the package usage. In this matter, TrueMove shall not automatically charge any fee on the following month.
   
12. Customers may check the remaining usage numbers of SMS package and its validity period by calling 9302 (free of charge).
   
13. Customers may check the remaining usage numbers of MMS package by calling #123#2# (free of charge) or 9302 (free of charge).
   
14. The remaining fee of this monthly package shall neither be redeemable for cash nor any other payment nor transferable.
   
15. Such service fee excludes VAT and is based on monthly payment (regardless of whether such SMS/MMS service is used up. In the excess thereof, Customer agrees to pay for the excess fee according to rate specified in Clause 5.)
   
16. The Company reserves its rights to cancel the service under this promotion in the case where there is announcement or change of call rate caused by any order and/or policy of any relevant authority. The Company also reserves its rights to change aforesaid call rate without prior notice.
