  Terms and Conditions of “Wi-Fi / EDGE / GPRS” promotion
 
   
1. This Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS promotion is reserved for individual customers who subscribe to TrueMove’s Post Pay or Pre Pay service.
   
2. This Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS promotion is reserved for those who are applying between 1 November 2008 and 28 February 2009 only. The promotion is valid until 30th June 2009 or until further notice.
   
3. Customers can apply or terminate the service by calling *9000 (toll free) only and are able to use the service after receiving a SMS message confirming the application only.
   
4. This promotion comprises:
   
 
4.1 Monthly unlimited hi-speed net package:
 
   
4.1.1 With a 250-Baht monthly charge, customers can get EDGE/GPRS unlimited access.
   
4.1.2
With a 450-Baht monthly charge, customers can get EDGE/GPRS and/or Wi-Fi unlimited access.
   
4.1.3 Those who subscribe to Post Pay service are able to use this package within 30 days (or 28 or 29 days) according to the billing cycle; except for the first billing period the service will be charged on a pro-rated basis.
   
4.1.4 Those who subscribe to Pre Pay service are able to use this package within 30 calendar days from which a SMS message confirming the application is received.
   
4.1.5 Service for the following months will be automatically charged unless customers terminate the service before the due date of such billing/calendar cycle.
   
4.1.6 A package shall be terminated on which a notification is made. Accordingly, the termination shall be effective from the end of such billing/calendar cycle (the termination shall not be immediately effective.) or the expiry date of such package.
   
4.1.7 On termination of service under Clause 4.1.6 if a customer continues using EDGE/GPRS and/or Wi-Fi service(s); in any case, it shall be deemed that the customer wishes to continue the service and agrees to pay for the service based on actual use as per the following rates:
 
   
EDGE/GPRS service is charged at 0.12 Baht per kilobyte or according to the normal rate as at such time and;
   
Wi-Fi service is charged at 0.50 Baht per minute.
   
5. All aforesaid service fees exclude value added tax.
   
6. All aforesaid service charges cover only specified information service, excluding regular TrueMove service fee or any other services such as TrueMove Assistant, True World, content or data/information downloads, SMS/MMS, newsfeed, international call, international roaming and other value-added services.
   
7. In case of applying for more than one Wi-Fi/EDGE/GPRS package, the customer is required to pay for service fees according to the chosen packages.
   
8. To connect to Wi-Fi by TrueMove, a customer can use his/her mobile phone number as username followed by domain name “@truemove” i.e. 08xxxxxxxx@truemove and a password will be given by SMS.
   
9. Wi-Fi by TrueMove connection speed is set for up to 256 Kbps per one account.
   
10. In case of forgetting password, customers should call 1331 or 02-900-9000 press 89 to receive a new password.
   
11. Should there be an application for additional Wi-Fi package during billing cycle such as Pay Per Use Internet, the new package will be effective on the due date of billing/calendar cycle of the existing package (not immediately effective).
   
12. Customers are required to immediately terminate the chosen package(s) according to details specified in Clause 3 in any of the following cases:
 
   
12.1 TrueMove Pre Pay users whose their SIM card has been lost or damaged by any reason and such person has changed their SIM card for a new one with the existing number;
   
12.2
TrueMove Post Pay subscribers who have transferred ownership of their phone number;
   
13. Wi-Fi by TrueMove users shall take responsibility to keep their password confidential to prevent it from any damage that may occur from an unauthorized use. True and True Internet reserve the rights not to be responsible for any damage occurring from such unauthorized use.
   
14. Customers shall read the details and instruction for use of Internet service before applying for service.
   
15. A system setup and installation is needed before connecting to EDGE/GPRS (offered by TrueMove) and Wi-Fi by TrueMove (offered by True Internet). For more information on system setup and installation, call 1331 or 02-900-9000 press 89.
   
16. During the service period, the Internet will be disconnected every 90 minute (session time out) for monitoring and tracking usage. If wishing to continue going online, the customers are required to turn off and turn on the receiver again.
   
17. Customers can access Wi-Fi by TrueMove at any hotspots nationwide (except the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, BITEC Bangna and Royal Paragon Hall) and any KSC hotspots offered by KSC Commercial Internet (“KSC”). 18. In case of not logging out or inactive use for 10 minutes, the system will be automatically logged out.
   
19. Wi-Fi connection is allowed for one concurrent user only.
   
20. Despite the fact that customers have unlimited use or access of EDGE/GPRS offered by TreuMove or Wi-Fi by TrueMove offered by True Internet Company Limited (“True Internet”), TrueMove and True Internet shall not guarantee that customers can get access at all times and from all premises.
   
21. TrueMove and True Internet shall exercise due caution for safety and security of EDGE/GPRS and Wi-Fi by TrueMove. However, customers shall be aware of or take a personal security measure so as to prevent his/her computer or notebook or any other wireless equipment from a hacker or virus. (It is recommended that firewall and anti-virus programs should be installed.)
   
22. TrueMove reserves the rights not to be responsible for any loss or damage or loss of data occurred from delay or disruption of data service or access failure, hazardous data or content download. In this matter, the customer shall take sole responsibility for such act and ensure that such downloaded content or data comes from a reliable source.
   
23. TrueMove and True Internet reserve the rights to terminate this promotion if there is an announcement or a change of service rate as a result of order and/or policy of relevant public authority. Additionally, the Company reserves the rights to adjust such aforesaid service rate(s) without prior notice.
   
24. TrueMove reserves the rights to suspend or terminate the services under this promotion if it considers that there is any dishonest or fraud of document so as to take advantage from this promotion or abuse of this service or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms and conditions of this promotion.
