  Terms and Conditions for SMS/MMS Package
 
   
1. This SMS/MMS package is exclusively available for individual existing and new customers who subscribe for TrueMove Post Pay service.
   
2. This SMS/MMS package is available for those who apply during the period from today to 30 September 2008.
   
3. SMS/MMS package can be applied or cancelled by SMS only. Customer shall begin to use the package after receipt of SMS confirmation of application.
   
4. The special promotion of “Send free two MMS and 0.5. MB GPRS” is available for those who apply for the aforesaid SMS package during the period from today to 30 September 2008 and valid until 31 December 2008.
   
5. This SMS/MMS package shall be used for sending SMS and MMS by domestic Phone to Phone service only.
   
6. Customer may select SMS or MMS package according to the following details:
 
   
6.1. SMS Package 1: Service fee of 30 Baht per month covers sending 15 SMS messages (the 16th message onwards will be charged at 2 Baht per message) with promotion as per Clause 4.
   
6.2. SMS Package 2: Service fee of 50 Baht per month covers sending 50 SMS messages (the 51st message onwards will be charged at 1.25 Baht per message) with promotion as per Clause 4.
   
6.3 SMS Package 3: Service fee of 75 Baht per month covers sending 100 SMS messages (the 101st message onwards will be charged at 1 Baht per message) with promotion as per Clause 4.
   
6.4 .SMS Package 4: Service fee of 30 Baht per month covers sending 30 SMS messages (the 31st message onwards will be charged at 1 Baht per message.)
   
6.5.

SMS Package 5: Service fee of 50 Baht per month covers sending 75 SMS messages (the 76th message onwards will be charged at 1 Baht per message.)

   
6.6. SMS Package 6: Service fee of 75 Baht per month covers sending 150 SMS messages (the 151st message onwards will be charged at 1 Baht per message.)
   
6.7. MMS Package 1: Service fee of 15 Baht per month covers sending 5 MMS messages (the 6th message onwards will be charged at 4 Baht per message.) Such rate excludes Content fee.
   
6.8. MMS Package 2: Service fee of 50 Baht per month covers sending 20 MMS messages (the 21st message onwards will be charged at 3 Baht per message.) Such rate excludes Content fee.
   
7. Customer may select one of each SMS and MMS package at a time.
   
8. The remaining number of SMS or MMS usage cannot be accumulated for the following billing cycle.
   
9. SMS/MMS monthly package is charged on a prorated basis for the first billing cycle. For example, during the billing period from 10 April 2007 – 9 May 2007, a customer applies for the “30 Baht/30 SMS” package on 30 April 2007. The service fee is therefore charged for the last 10 days of this billing cycle, namely, (ß30/30 days)*10 = 10 Baht. In this matter, the SMS usage shall be available as (30SMS/30days)*10 = 10 SMS.
   
10. Upon cancellation of the package, the termination of the service shall be effective as at the due date of the billing cycle for which the cancellation is notified. (It shall not take effect immediately.)
   
11. Applying for SMS/MMS service by SMS 8555 is free of charge.
   
12. The remaining value of the monthly fee neither be redeemable for cash nor any other payment nor transferable.
   
13. Such fee excludes value added service and is a monthly-based service (regardless of whether or not the SMS/MMS service is used up. In the excess of monthly fee, Customer agrees to pay the excess thereof as per the rate specified in Clause 6.)
   
14. Service rate under Clause 6 shall be effective for a period of 30 days subject to the billing cycle. The service fee for the following billing cycle shall automatically take effect unless advance notice of termination is given.
   
15. The Company reserves its rights to cancel the service under this promotion in the case where there is any notification for use of or change of service rate as a result of order and/or policy of relevant public authority. The Company reserves its right to alter such aforesaid service rate without prior notice.

  Terms and Conditions for GPRS Package
 
   
1. This GPRS package is exclusively available for individual existing and new customers who subscribe for TrueMove Post Pay service.
   
2. This GPRS package is available for those who apply for service during the period from 1 April 2007 to 30 June 2008. The account shall be valid until 30 September 2008.
   
3. GPRS package can be applied or cancelled by SMS only. Customer shall begin to use the package after receipt of SMS confirmation of application.
   
4. This GPRS package is a monthly service offered by TrueMove.
   
5. TrueMove GPRS service is used via customer’s SIM card. Customers may connect to Internet on their GPRS-enabled mobile phone (such as GPRS PCMCIA wireless aircard or any mobile phone connecting to PC via infrared or Bluetooth).
   
6. Customers may choose their favorite GPRS packages according to the following details:
 
   
6.1 GPRS Weekly Package:
 
   
6.1.1 A service fee of 90 Baht covers 20 Mb GPRS usage for seven days as from the date of commencement of the promotion (upon receipt of SMS confirmation of application.)
   
6.1.2 Reapplication is needed upon using each GPRS Weekly Package.
   
6.2 GPRS Monthly Package:
 
   
6.2.1 A service fee of 250 Baht per month covers 100 Mb GPRS usage for a 30-day billing cycle.
   
6.2.2 A service fee of 650 Baht per month covers unlimited GPRS usage for a 30-day billing cycle.
   
6.2.3 The minimum service fee is 350 Baht per month covering 150 Mb GPRS availability. In the excess thereof, an additional charge will be applied at a special rate of 0.002 Baht per kilobites, based on actual use, up to 400 Mb (850 Baht), and after that no additional fee is charged (unlimited GPRS usage) for a 30-day billing cycle.
   
6.2.4 Service fees as per Clause 6.2.1 , 6.2.2 and 6.2.3 are available for a 30-day billing cycle and service fee for the following month will take effect automatically unless the customer cancels the service in advance before the due date of that billing cycle.
   
6.2.5 GPRS monthly package is charged on a prorated basis for the first billing cycle.
 
   
° EX 1: During the billing period from 10 April 2007 – 9 May 2007, a customer applies for the “250 Baht/100 MB” package on 30 April 2007. The service fee is therefore charged for the last 10 days of this billing cycle, namely, (ß250/30 days)*10 = 83.33 Baht. In this matter, the GPRS usage shall be available as (100MB/30days)*10 = 33.33 MB.
   
° EX 2: During the billing period from 10 April 2007 – 9 May 2007, a customer applies for the sliding scale monthly package (minimum fee is 350 Baht for 150 Mb availability.) on 30 April 2007. Accordingly, at the first billing cycle the customer will be charged for the remaining 10 days for that billing cycle, namely, (350/30)*10 = 116.67 Baht and be eligible for GPRS usage of (150Mb/30days)*10=50 Mb. In the excess thereof, the fee will be charged at a special rate of 0.0020 Baht per kb up to 400 Mb (850 Baht), and subsequently no fee is charged (unlimited GPRS usage).
   
6.2.6 Upon cancellation of the package, the termination of the service shall be effective as at the due date of the billing cycle for which the cancellation is notified. (It shall not take effect immediately.)
   
7. Such service fees are subject to VAT and based on monthly rate (regardless of whether or not GPRS service is used up.)
   
8. GPRS fee in excess of monthly fee as per Clause 6.1.1 and 6.2.1 is charged at 0.01 Baht/kb (excluding VAT).
   
9. Such aforesaid rate excludes Content fee.
   
10. Applying for GPRS service by SMS 8555 is free of charge.
   
11. Customers may use one GPRS package at a time.
   
12. The Company reserves its rights to cancel the service under this promotion in the case where there is any notification for use of or change of service rate as a result of order and/or policy of relevant public authority. The Company reserves its right to alter such aforesaid service rate without prior notice.
