This “Terms and Conditions”
is set forth for those who apply for TrueMove Super
SIM 99 during the period from 1 March 2007 to 31
December 2007 or is subject to change. |

| 2. |
TrueMove Pre Pay SIM may
be used in conjunction with any existing promotion
available at the time of application. User may check
the details of each promotion at www.truemove.com
or on 1331. |

| 3. |
The followings are conditions
for use of free call credit bonus and ATB: |
| |
| |
|
| 3.1 |
For True Move Pre
Pay Users who do not join the ATB program: |
| |
| |
|
| 3.1.1 |
A minimum of
five Baht call credit is required. |
| |
|
| 3.1.2 |
Upon the remaining
of free call credit bonus, a call charge
shall be respectively deducted from
such free call credit value and the
topped up value as per the rate associated
with the applicant’s selected promotion. |

|
| 3.1.3 |
The free call
credit bonus shall be valid as long
as the subscriber’s phone number does
not fall into a temporary or permanent
suspension period. |

| 3.2 |
For True Move Pre
Pay Users who join the ATB program: |

| 3.2.1 |
A minimum of
five Baht call credit is required. |
| |
|
| 3.2.2 |
The ATB can
be used during the period from 11:00
p.m. – 4:59 p.m. of the following day.
The call rate is charged at three Baht
for the first minute deducted from the
top up value and three Baht per minute
from the second minute onwards deducted
respectively from the following means: |

Free call

Service
fee from the topped up value as
per the rate associated with the
User’s selected promotion. |
The
ATB is not available at any

| 3.2.3 |
The ATB can
be accumulated and used until 31 December
of the same year. The next accumulation
program will begin again as from 1 January
of the following year and its accumulated
value must be used within the end of
the same year. |

|
| 3.3 |
Such free call credit
bonus applies to any call made to mobile or
fixed line number used or registered in Thailand
only, excluding those made to any special
number, international calls, international
roaming, SMS and other value-added services.
It can be neither transferable nor redeemable
for cash nor any other promotions. |

| 4. |
The followings are additional
conditions of Super SIM (Pre Pay): |

The eligibility for
ringtone download free of charge: |

TrueMove Super
SIM Pre Pay Users are eligible for unlimited
ringtone downloads free of charge (no
charge for content service) until 31

Users may apply
for service by calling *4000 (free of
charge). |

| 4.1.3 |
This service
excludes GPRS fee (0.12 Baht/Kilobyte). |

|
| 4.2 |
The eligibility for
Color Ring service free of charge: |

| |
|
| 4.2.1 |
TrueMove Super
SIM Pre Pay Users are eligible for unlimited
Color Ring downloads free of charge
(no charge for content service) until
31 January 2008. |

| 4.2.2 |
Users may apply
for service by calling *4000 (free of
charge). |
| |
|
| 4.2.3 |
This Color Ring
service does not include monthly fee
of 30 Baht. |

| |
|
| 4.3 |
The eligibility for
Live by True service: |
| |
| |
|
| 4.3.1 |
TrueMove Super
SIM Post Pay Users are eligible for
Live by True service free of charge
for a six-month period from activation.
Live by True is a service for news updates
via SMS. Users may choose types of service
including morning weather report, local
hot news, petrol price report and entertainment
updates. The validity lasts until 31
January 2008. |

Users may apply

charge). |

Free unlimited downloads
of sport, ringtone and M-card clips and much
more on WAP: |

| 4.4.1 |
TrueMove Post
Pay Users are eligible to unlimited
downloads through WAP until 31 January
2008. |

| 4.4.2 |
Users may apply
for service on http://wap.trueworld.net |
| |
|
| 4.4.3 |
This service
excludes GPRS fee (0.12 Baht/Kilobyte). |

|
| 4.5 |
The eligibility for
free Internet access worth 90 Baht: |
| |
| |
|
| 4.5.1 |
This promotion
is exclusively available for TrueMove
Post Pay Users who apply for Pay Per
Use Internet within 31 December 2007.
Users are eligible to a “free” Dial-Up
56K and/or Wi-Fi service(s) worth 90
Baht. This privilege is valid until
31 January 2008. |

| 4.5.2 |
After completion
of the said free value(s), True Internet
reserves the right to automatically
charge for its service at the rate specified
under Clause 3.5.3. |

| 4.5.3 |
TrueMove will
deduct service charge for True Internet
from the User’s call credit values as
follows: |

| |
|
| • |
Dial-Up
56K and Wi-Fi services are charged
at 9 Baht per hour and 90 Baht
per hour respectively based on
per second billing. |

|
| • |
In default
on payment of TrueMove service
and/or Pay Per Use Internet service
either in part or in whole, TrueMove
is empowered to suspend service
hereunder in part or in whole
as set forth by the National Telecommunications
Commission (NTC) and to claim
on damages (if any). |

|
| • |
Such service
charges include VAT. |
|
| |
|
| 4.5.4 |
User may connect
to Dial-Up 56K and Wi-Fi services up
to five hours and one hour at a time
respectively. |

|
| 4.5.5 |
Pay Per Use
Internet is based on actual use of Dial-Up
56K by True Internet and hi-speed wireless
Internet by True Internet (Wi-Fi). Service
charge will be deducted from the User’s
top up values or added to the User’s
monthly fee in case of TrueMove Pre
Pay or Post Pay service respectively.
To connect to the Internet, the User
shall login with their TrueMove number
followed by @truemove domain name (08XXXXXXXX@truemove). |

How to apply
for service: |

To apply
for service, text “net” and send
via SMS to 9437 (free of charge). |
| |
|
| • |
User will
receive password via SMS to access
True Internet after registration.
To connect to Dial-Up 56K or Wi-Fi
service, User shall login with
his/her TrueMove number coupled
with the provided password. |

| • |
Only corporate
User may apply for service through
a sales representative in charge
of your organization or call 1331. |
|
| |
|
| 4.5.7 |
In case of forgetting
password, User may receive a new password
by typing “net” and send via SMS to
9437 (free of charge) and TrueMove will
send a new password via SMS. |

|
| 4.5.8 |
User shall keep
his/her password confidential to prevent
any damage that may occur from hacking.
TrueMove and True Internet reserve the
right not to be liable for any damage
occurred from such hacking. |

|
| 4.5.9 |
User shall find
out information and how to use this
service before subscription. |
|
| |
|
|
| 5. |
TrueMove and/or True Internet
reserve(s) the right to suspend or discontinue this
service without prior notice if there is any regulation,
order or policy stipulated otherwise by any relevant
public authority causing TrueMove and/or True Internet
to alter, suspend or cancel any term or condition
of this service so as to comply with such regulation,
order or policy, or if TrueMove and/or True Internet
deem(s) that there is any fault or forgery of document
to take advantage from this promotion or abuse of
mobile phone service or any illegal act or failure
to comply with terms and conditions of this service. |

This service is under conditions
specified by TrueMove and True Internet. User shall
find out more information prior to subscription
for this service on www.truemove.com or True Move
Care on 1331 or enquire any sales representative.
TrueMove and/or True Internet reserve(s) the right
to discontinue, amend type or provision of service,
adjust or alter any term and condition of service
or service charge as deem appropriate with notice
upon any change. |
