  Terms and Conditions of Super SIM 99 (Post Pay)
 
   
1. This “Terms and Conditions” is set forth for those who apply for TrueMove SIM during the period from 1 June 2007 to 31 December 2007, or is subject to change.
   
2. TrueMove Post Pay SIM may be used in conjunction with any existing promotion available at the time of application. Users may check the details of each promotion at www.truemove.com or on 1331.
   
3. The followings are additional conditions of TrueMove Post Pay SIM in which Users shall receive:
 
   
3.1 The eligibility for ringtone download free of charge:
 
   
3.1.1 TrueMove Post Pay SIM Users are eligible for unlimited ringtone downloads free of charge (no charge for content service) until 31 January 2008.
   
3.1.2 Users may apply for service through http://wap.trueworld.net by pressing “Free Download” menu.
   
3.1.3 This service excludes GPRS fee (0.12 Baht/Kilobyte).
   
3.2 The eligibility for Color Ring service free of charge:
 
   
3.2.1 TrueMove Post Pay SIM Users are eligible for unlimited Color Ring downloads free of charge (no charge for content service) until 31 January 2008.
   
3.2.2 Users may apply for service by calling 8888. A service fee of three Baht per minute applies.
   
3.3 This Color Ring service does not include monthly fee of 30 Baht.
   
3.4 The eligibility for free Internet access worth 90 Baht:
 
   
3.4.1 This promotion is exclusively available for TrueMove Post Pay SIM Users who apply for Pay Per Use Internet within 31 December 2007. Users are eligible to a “free” Dial-Up 56K and/or Wi-Fi service worth 90 Baht. This privilege is valid until 31 January 2008.
   
3.4.2 In the case where the free Internet value is run out, True Internet reserves its rights to automatically charge for its service at the rate specified under Clause 3.5.3.
   
3.4.3 TrueMove would deduct service fee for True Internet from the User’s existing call credit values subject to the following details:
 
   
Dial-Up 56K and Wi-Fi services are charged at 9 Baht per hour and 90 Baht per hour respectively based on per second billing.
   
In default on payment of TrueMove and/or Pay Per Use Internet service(s) either in part or in whole, TrueMove is empowered to suspend service(s) hereunder in part or in whole as set forth by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) and to claim on damages (if any).
   
Such service charges include value added tax.
   
3.4.4 Users may connect to Dial-Up 56K and Wi-Fi services up to five hours and one hour at a time respectively.
   
3.4.5 Pay Per Use Internet is based on actual use of Dial-Up 56K by True Internet and hi-speed wireless Internet by True Internet (Wi-Fi). To connect to the Internet, Users shall login with their TrueMove number followed by @truemove domain name (08XXXXXXXX@truemove).
   
3.4.6 How to apply for service:
 
   
To apply for service, text “net” and send to 9437 (free of charge).
   
Users would receive their password for True Internet access via SMS after registration. To connect to Dial-Up 56K or Wi-Fi service, Users shall login with their TrueMove number coupled with the given password.
   
Only corporate Users may apply for service through a sales representative in charge of your organization or call 1331.
   
   
3.4.7 In case of forgetting their password, Users may receive a new password by texting “net” and send to 9437 (free of charge) and TrueMove would send a new password via SMS.
   
3.4.8 Users shall keep their password confidential to prevent any damage that may occur from hacking. TrueMove and True Internet reserve the rights not to be liable for any damage occurred from such hacking.
   
3.4.9 Users shall find out information and how to use this service before subscription.
   
4. TrueMove and/or True Internet reserve(s) the rights to suspend or discontinue this service without prior notice if there is any regulation, order or policy stipulated otherwise by any relevant public authority causing TrueMove and/or True Internet to alter, suspend or cancel any term or condition of this service so as to comply with such regulation, order or policy, or if TrueMove and/or True Internet deem(s) that there is any fault or forgery of document to take advantage from this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms and conditions of this service.
   
5. This service is under conditions specified by TrueMove and True Internet. Users shall find out more information prior to subscription for this service on www.truemove.com or True Move Care on 1331 or enquire any sales representative. TrueMove and/or True Internet reserve(s) the rights to discontinue, amend type or provision of service, adjust or alter any term and condition of service or service charge as deem appropriate with notice subject to any change.
