This promotion is available
for TrueMove Pre Pay applicants who receive a
Game SIM from a special event organized by TrueMove
and activate the service during the period from
today until 30 November 2008 or is subject to
change. |

Call rate for this promotion
is charged at one Baht per minute for a call made
to any mobile network throughout 24 hours based
on per minute billing and the excess thereof is
counted as one minute. |

| 3. |
Such call rates are applied
for any call made to mobile or fixed line number
used or registered in Thailand only, excluding any
call made to any special number, international call,
international roaming, short message service or
other value added services. |

| 4. |
The following is privilege
for this promotion: |

| 4.1 |
|
Users shall receive
a 5% free calling credit bonus from the amount
topped up via TrueMoney subject to the following
conditions: |

|
A minimum of
five Baht calling credit is required.

| 4.1.2 |
|
In the case
where the User has a free calling credit
bonus, a call charge will be respectively
deducted from such free calling bonus
value and the topped up value as per

The service
pursuant to Clause 2. as well as free
calling bonus will be valid as long
as the User’s number does not fall under
the temporary or permanent suspension
period. |

Such free calling
bonus applies for any call made to mobile
or fixed line number used or registered
in Thailand only, excluding those made
to any special number, international
calls, international roaming, SMS and
other value-added services, and is not
transferable or redeemable for cash
or any other promotion. |

| 4.2 |
|
Users shall receive
special additional validity days upon top
up via TrueMoney according to the following
details: |

Baht and receive 15 day validity (normally
3 days) |

|
Top up 90-299
Baht and receive 30 day validity (normally

In case of change
of promotion, it shall be deemed that the
User waives the right to receive the privilege

Besides the privilege under
Clause 4, the Users will also receive other privileges
from games subject to terms and conditions set forth
by game providers. Accordingly, the Users can check

Phone number given with
the SIM card is the number for user residing in
Bangkok and its vicinities as well as the central
part of Thailand, the east and the west. Accordingly,
if an incoming call is made from fixed line number
besides the said areas, such fixed line number will
be charged with long distance call rate. |

| 7. |
This promotion may be used
in conjunction with All Together Bonus subject to
Terms and Conditions of such program. Users shall

This promotion can be used
in conjunction with TrueLife Free View. (Users shall
not receive privilege pursuant to Clause 4.) |

| 9. |
This promotion is valid
until 15 December 2008. |

TrueMove reserves its rights
to suspend, change or cancel this Terms and Conditions
if there is any illegal act or failure to comply
with any term and condition specified under this
promotion or if TrueMove wishes to amend or change
this Terms and Conditions without prior notice. |

TrueMove reserves its rights
to amend, alter, suspend or cancel its service without
prior notice if there is any regulation, order or
policy stipulated by the relevant public authority,
causing TrueMove to amend, alter, suspend, or cancel
any term and condition of this promotion, or such
order increases burden to TrueMove operation. |
