This “Call Free SMS Free
Made-to-order” promotion is reserved for those
who apply for or use TrueMove Pre Pay service with
Sud Kum SIM from 1-25 November 2008 or until further
notice. |

The followings are call
rates for this promotion: |

| 2.1 |
|
A call made to a TrueMove
number is charged at one Baht per minute throughout
24 hours based on per minute billing and the
fraction of each minute is counted as one minute. |

| 2.2 |
|
A call made to any
other mobile number is charged at three Baht
for the first minute and one Baht per minute
afterwards throughout 24 hours based on per
minute billing and the fraction of each minute
is counted as one minute. |

|
| 3. |
Users may apply for “Made-to-order
free calls and free SMS” by dialing *551# and Call
to take the privilege on day-to-day basis with
a 5 Baht charge per message on a condition that
the Users need to have at least one remaining validity
day before applying for privilege. The followings
are details of this privilege: |

| 3.1 |

Privilege for free
calls to TrueMove numbers is valid as from
receipt of confirmation message until 11:59
p.m. of the date of applying for the privilege
except calling TrueMove numbers between 6:00
p.m. and 9:59 p.m. and calling other mobile
numbers which charge will be subject to conditions
in Clause 2. |

| 3.2 |
|
Privilege for sending
text messages (SMS) to TrueMove numbers free
of charge for 50 messages on the day of applying
for service. |

| 4. |
Such call rates are applied
for any call made to mobile or fixed line number
used or registered in Thailand only, excluding
any call made to any special number, international
call, international roaming, short message service
or other value added services. |

| 5. |
Such call rates are applied
for any call made to mobile or fixed line number

| 6. |
Top-up under Clause 5 excludes
transferring remaining calling credits through
True Transfer or Mobile Top Up or top up via True
Money. |

This promotion cannot be
used in conjunction with All Together Bonus. |

This promotion can be used
in conjunction with TrueLife Free View subject
to terms and conditions of such programs. |

This promotion can be used
in conjunction with TrueLife Free View subject
to terms and conditions of such programs. |

| 10. |
Users are eligible to receive
validity period pursuant to Clause 5. on the condition
that Users agree to make a call (only to any non-toll
free number) or top up at least every 90 day. If
neither action has been done during the said period,
the Users agree to have their account temporarily
suspended for a period of 18 days and then terminated
on the following day. |

During such temporarily
suspension period, the Users may make a top-up
to stay valid subject to conditions in Clause 5. |

| 12. |
Users will be able to use
True Transfer after TrueMove Pre Pay service has
been activated at least 75 days. |

| 13. |
This promotion is valid
until 1 February 2009. |
| |

| 14. |
Those who use this promotion
can switch to other promotion by calling 9305 and
a service charge of 33 Baht per transaction is
applied. |

Those who use this promotion
can switch to other promotion by calling 9305 and

| 16. |
This promotion is subject
