from 5:00 p.m. – 04:59 a.m. is charged
at 1.50 Baht per minute based on per
minute billing and each fraction is
counted as one minute. |

| 2.3 |
Any call made
to any mobile number during the period
from 11:00 p.m. – 10:59 a.m. is charged
at 0.50 Baht per minute based on per

Any call made
to any mobile number during the period
from 11:00 a.m. – 10:59 p.m. is charged
at 1.50 Baht per minute based on per
minute billing and each fraction is
counted as one minute. |

Accordingly,
the applicant is required to select either
Took Jai SIM 0.50 Baht Daytime or Took
Jai SIM 0.50 Baht Nighttime. |

| 3. |
Such call rate applies
to any call made to mobile or fixed line number
used or registered in Thailand only, excluding
those made to any special number, international
calls, international roaming, SMS and other value-added
services. |

| 4. |
Those who apply for this
service during the period from 6 – 15 June 2008
would receive a calling credit worth 5 Baht and
a free calling credit bonus worth 10 Baht immediately
upon activation. Accordingly, the total of calling
credit and free calling bonus is 15 Baht. |

| 5. |
The followings are conditions
for use of free calling credit bonus: |

| 5.1 |
A minimum of five
Baht call credits is required. |
| |
|
| 5.2 |
Upon the remaining
of free calling credit bonus, a call charge
would be respectively deducted from such
free calling credit value and the topped
up value as per the rate associated with
the User’s selected promotion. |

| 5.3 |
Service under Clause
2 as well as the free calling credit bonus
shall be valid as long as the User’s phone
number does not fall into a temporary or
permanent suspension period. |

| 5.4 |
Such free calling
credit bonus applies to any call made to
mobile or fixed line number used or registered
in Thailand only, excluding those made to
any special number, international calls,
international roaming, SMS and other value-added
services. It can be neither transferable
nor redeemable for cash nor any other promotions. |

| 6. |
Users under this promotion
may switch to any other promotion by calling 9305.
A service charge of 33 Baht per transaction applies. |

| 7. |
This promotion may be used
in conjunction with All Together Bonus and TrueLife
Free View programs subject to Terms and Conditions
of such programs. |

| 8. |
Users may use True Transfer
service after activating on TrueMove Pre Pay at
least 75 days. |

| 9. |
This promotion is valid
until 1 September 2008. |

| 10. |
TrueMove reserves its rights
to suspend, change or cancel this Terms and Conditions
if there is any illegal act or failure to comply
with any of terms and conditions specified under
this promotion or if TrueMove wishes to amend or
change this Terms and Conditions without prior
notice. |

| 11. |
TrueMove reserves its rights
to amend, alter, suspend or cancel its service
without prior notice if there is any regulation,
order or policy stipulated by the relevant public
authority, causing TrueMove to amend, alter, suspend,
or cancel any of terms and conditions of this promotion,
or such order increases burden to TrueMove operation. |
