This promotion is applicable
to new TrueMusic SIM card Users who apply for
TrueMove Pre Pay service as individual customer/natural
person and offers unlimited Color Ring downloads
without fee as from the 20th November 2007 onwards
or is subject to change. |

| 2. |
Users shall be eligible
for privilege on unlimited Color Ring downloads
as follows: |

| |
| 2.1 |
No monthly fee on
Color Ring service. |
| |
|
| 2.2 |
Unlimited Color Ring
downloads offered by TrueMusic. |
|
| |
|
| 3. |
Users may apply for unlimited
Color Ring downloads without monthly fee until 30
June 2008. |
| |
|
| 4. |
Users shall be eligible
for privilege and/or validity period for Color Ring
service subject to conditions for top up with cash
card or via any other channels offered by TrueMoney.
Accordingly, Users shall receive validity period
at an equivalent value to top up for regular TrueMove
service. |

|
| 5. |
When the rights to use
the Color Ring service is terminated according to
terms and conditions of top up with cash card or
via any other channels offered by TrueMoney and
the Users do not make additional top up according
to terms and conditions of this promotion, the system
will store the Users’ Color Ring data for a particular
period of time after that all downloaded data will
be deleted but it shall not jeopardize the Users’
rights to reapply for service. |

| 6. |
Users shall register for
unlimited Color Ring downloads by calling *5000
and apply for TrueMoney service with True Money
Co., Ltd. (True Money) |

| 7. |
Users agree to top up with
Cash Card or via any other channels offered by TrueMoney
by way of concurrent payment for TrueMove service
and TrueMoney unlimited Color Ring downloads. |

|
| 8. |
According to top up method
under Clause 7, Users agree to allow TrueMoney to
deduct half of the top up value for TrueMove service
and the rest to TrueMusic for unlimited Color Ring
downloads. Accordingly, the Users shall receive
call credits at the full amount of the top up value.

|
| 9. |
Users agree to download
or change Color Ring by calling *8000 (three Baht
per minute) or 2222 (five Baht per minute) and pay
for service fee at the TrueMove normal rate. |

|
| 10. |
In case of failure to comply
with this Terms and Conditions, Users agree to waive
their privileges under this Terms and Conditions
in all respects. |

|
| 11. |
Terms and Conditions of
other promotions/services shall be subject to standard
form announced by TrueMove on www.truemove.co.th
or any other media channels. |
| |
|
| 12. |
Users agree to send a privilege
acceptance form and sign in completely together
with relevant document to TrueMove and True Music
at a True Shop or True Move Shop or postal address
of Por.Nor. 16 PorNorPhor. Dindaeng Bangkok 10400. |

| 13. |
Users agree to allow TrueMove
and True Music to keep an invoice for any service
and/or fee until the said Users wish to receive
such invoice in person at a True Shop or True Move
Shop. |

| 14. |
Users who use a TrueMusic
SIM card shall not be eligible to TrueLife Free
View promotion, mobile top up without additional
valid days, and True Transfer with valid da any True Shop or TrueMove
Shop or on 1331. |

| 15. |
In case of top up with a
top up card, Users shall not receive valid days
for Color Ring service under Clause 4. |
| |
|
| 16. |
Users agree to use their
identification card (ID) number applied for TrueMoney
service as an important evidence for refund of the
remaining balance (if any) from TrueMoney. If the
Users cannot show such ID card, the said Users agree
to hold such refund until the ID card can be shown. |

| 17. |
TrueMove reserves the rights
to amend or cancel its service under this promotion
without prior notice if there is any regulation,
order or policy stated otherwise by relevant public
authority, causing TrueMove to amend, suspend, or
cancel any term and condition of this promotion
to follow such regulation, order or policy, or if
TrueMove considers that there is any fraud or forgery
of document so as to take advantage of this promotion
or any crime on mobile phone service or any illegal
act or failure to comply with terms and conditions
of this promotion. |

| 18. |
This promotion is subject
to conditions specified by TrueMove. Users shall
find out more information prior to using this service
on www.truemove.com or True Move Care on 1331 or
enquire any TrueMove sales representative. TrueMove
reserves its rights to cancel its service, alter
any type of service, amend any condition or call
rate as it deems appropriate with notice subject
to any change. |
