This promotion is available
for individual (natural) customers who subscribe
for a TrueVisions digital Gold or Platinum Package
throughout the privilege period and wish to receive
an extra reception point (“additional reception
point”) offered by True Move Co., Ltd. (TrueMove)
and True Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (TDE),
hereinafter called the “Company”. Accordingly,
the applicant shall be a TrueMove Post Pay applicant
or user. This privilege is valid as from 5 June
2008 to 31 August 2008. |

| 2. |
Name of the registrar for
TrueMove service under this promotion can be any
person but the place to install the additional
reception point must be the address of the TrueVisions
member who has the right to take the privilege. |

| 3. |
The applicant agrees to
subscribe for TrueMove Post Pay service and to
install an additional reception point subject to
the TrueVisions SIM promotion at the rate specified
by TDE and TrueMove which may be adjusted from
time to time (excluding other value added services).
Accordingly, monthly fee is 300 Baht covering minimum
service fee of 145 Baht per month and outgoing
calls to any mobile network worth 300 Baht per
month. The excess of service fee shall be charged
as follows: |

| 3.1 |

One Baht per minute
throughout 24 hours |
| |

|
| 3.2 |
|
All rates under Clause
3.1 are used for any call made to mobile or
fixed line number used or registered in Thailand
only excluding any call made to any special
number other than fixed line number, value
added service related to sending messages,
data transfer, information service, all types
of international calls, international roaming
and any other value added services. |

|
| 3.3 |
|
As for TDE service
fee of 155 Baht per month, the Company will
start to charge as at the date of finishing
installation of the additional reception point. |
|
| |
|
| 4. |
As at the date of installing
the additional reception point, the applicant shall
make payment for the following expenses: |

| |
| 4.1 |
|
Installation fee of
1,000 Baht for the additional reception point; |
| |
|
|
| 4.2 |
|
Equipment deposit fee
of 2,000 Baht; |
| |
|
|
| 4.3 |
|
Equipment service fee
of 155.15 Baht per month (to be included in
the monthly statement of True Visions Plc,
hereinafter called “TrueVisions”) and will
be collected on a monthly basis as long as
the applicant uses this additional reception
service. |

| 5. |
The Company reserves the
rights for application for new additional
reception point. |
| |
|
| 6. |
Under this privilege, the
applicant allows True Visions Public Company Limited
or True Visions Cable Public Company Limited (hereinafter
called “TrueVisions”) to give the Company the applicant’s
personal information and/or details which are necessary
for verification and confirmation for TrueVisions
membership according to terms and conditions specified
under Clause 1. |

| 7. |
The right to view the program
channels with fee under this promotion is offered
to those who are a member of TrueVisions SIM promotion.
Accordingly, the applicant shall be required to
pay monthly fee for TrueVisions Gold or Platinum
Package so as to maintain the right for the privilege
under this promotion. |

| 8. |
TDE shall collect service
fee from the applicant on a monthly basis. If the
date of commencement of viewing the program channel
is different from the billing cycle date for collection
of membership and service fees of this promotion,
TDE shall collect the fee from the date of actual
viewing. |

| 9. |
If the applicant wishes
to view additional program channels out of this
promotion, the applicant is required to pay monthly
fee for such additional channels and equipment
fee as specified by TrueVisions. |

| 10. |
The rights are reserved
exclusively for the applicants who have no arrear
on TrueVisions and TrueMove services. |
| |
|
| 11. |
The rights to view the
program channels with the rate under this promotion
are offered exclusively to applicants who are a
member of TrueVisions SIM promotion and join this
promotion. Accordingly, the applicants are required
to pay monthly fee under the TrueVisions SIM promotion
together with fee for additional reception service
so as to maintain the rights to receive the privilege
under this promotion. |

| 12. |
The Company reserves the
rights to discontinue all privileges under this
promotion on the following cases: |

| 12.1 |
|
The applicant is terminated
TrueMove service. |
| |
|
|
| 12.2 |
|
The applicant switches
to any other TrueMove Post Pay package besides
those specified for use with TrueVisions SIM. |
| |
|
|
| 12.3 |
|
The applicant switches
from TrueMove Post Pay to TrueMove Pre Pay
service. |
| |
|
|
| 12.4 |
|
The applicant changes
his/her TrueMove phone number or transfers
ownership. |
| |
|
|
| 12.5 |
|
The applicant fails
to comply with any term and condition of TrueVisions
SIM promotion. |
|
| |
|
| 13. |
In the case where the
applicant terminates his/her TrueMove service,
the applicant may choose to terminate the additional
reception point service or continue this promotion
as long as the applicant remains the TrueVisions
Gold or Platinum membership and is required to
pay fee for the additional reception point service
directly to TrueVisions at the rate of 282.48
Baht per month. |

| 14. |
This promotion cannot be
used in conjunction with TreuLife Free View program. |
| |
|
| 15. |
The Company reserves its
rights to change the program channels and fees
subject to prior notice through www.truemove.com or www.truevisonstv.com. |
| |
|
| 16. |
The Company reserves the
rights to suspend or cancel services under this
promotion if it considers that there is any dishonest
or fraud on document so as to take advantage of
this promotion or abuse of mobile service or rights
of viewing or any illegal act or failure to comply
with terms and conditions of this promotion. |
