This “Call 8 buddies at
1 Baht per call and send SMS at 0.25 Baht per message”
promotion is reserved for those who apply for or
use TrueMove Pre Pay service from 6 November 2008
to 3 December 2008 or until further notice. |

| 2. |
The followings are call
rates for this promotion: |

| 2.1 |
|
A call made to any
of 8 TrueMove numbers (as registered) between
11:00 p.m. and 4:59 p.m. is charged at 1 Baht
per call with the maximum call time of 60 minutes
and the excess is charged at 1 Baht per minute
based on per minute billing and the fraction
of each minute is counted as one minute. |

| 2.2 |
|
A call made to any
of 8 TrueMove numbers (as registered) between
5:00 p.m. – 10:59 p.m. is charged at 1 Baht
per minute based on per minute billing and
the fraction of each minute is counted as one
minute. |

| 2.3 |
|
A call made to a TrueMove
number besides the aforesaid 8 registered numbers
is charged at one Baht per minute throughout
24 hours based on per minute billing and the
fraction of each minute is counted as one minute. |

|
| 2.4 |
|
A call made to any
other mobile number is charged at 1 Baht 25
Satang (1.25 Baht) throughout 24 hours based
on per minute billing and the fraction of each
minute is counted as one minute. |

|
| 3. |
Users are eligible to take
the right under Clause 2.1 after registration for
8 buddy numbers and may register or check the registered
numbers by calling 9306 (no charge for first registration)
but 30 Baht per number per call will be charged
on change afterwards. |

| 4. |
Such call rates are applied
for any call made to mobile or fixed line number
used or registered in Thailand only, excluding
any call made to any special number, international
call, international roaming, short message service
or other value added services. |
| |
|
| 5. |
Users are eligible to send
SMS to any TrueMove number at 0.25 Baht (25 Satang)
per message and send SMS to any other mobile number
at 1 Baht per message until 1 February 2009. Normal
fee will be applied afterwards. |
| |
|
| 6. |
Users will immediately
receive a validity period of 365 days every 10
to 1,000 Baht top up and the said validity period
can be accumulated up to 365 days. This privilege
is valid until 1 February 2009. |

|
| 7. |
Users are eligible to receive
validity period pursuant to Clause 6 on the condition
that Users agree to make a call (only to any non-toll
free number) or top up at least every 90 day. If
neither action has been done during the said period,
the Users agree to have their account temporarily
suspended for a period of 18 days and then terminated
on the following day. |

| 8. |
During such temporarily
suspension period, the Users may make a top-up
to stay valid subject to conditions in Clause 6. |
| |
|
| 9. |
Top-up under Clause 6 excludes
transferring remaining calling credits through
True Transfer or Mobile Top Up or top up via True
Money. |
| |
|
| 10. |
Those who apply between
6 November 2008 and 3 December 20008 will receive
a calling credit of 5 Baht and free calling credit
bonus of 10 Baht, totaling 15 Baht, immediately
upon activation. |

| 11. |
Conditions for use of free
calling bonus |
| |
|
| |
| 11.1 |
|
A minimum of five Baht
calling credit is required. |
| |
|
|
| 11.2 |
|
Upon the remaining
of free calling bonus, a call charge would
be respectively deducted from such free calling
credit value and the topped up value as per
the rate associated with the User’s selected
promotion. |

|
|
| 11.3 |
|
Service under Clause
2 as well as the free calling bonus shall be
valid as long as the User’s phone number does
not fall into a temporary or permanent suspension
period. |

|
|
| 11.4 |
|
Such free calling bonus
applies to any call made to mobile or fixed
line number used or registered in Thailand
only, excluding those made to any special number,
international calls, international roaming,
SMS and other value-added services. It can
be neither transferable nor redeemable for
cash nor any other promotions. |

|
| 12. |
Users under this promotion
cannot apply for use the service in conjunction
with All Together Bonus. |
| |
|
| 13. |
This promotion can be
used in conjunction with TrueLife Free View subject
to terms and conditions of such program. |
| |
|
| 14. |
In case of joining hi-speed
Internet Super Package, Users should read terms
and conditions of such program before applying
for the promotion. |

|
| 15. |
This promotion is valid
until 1 February 2009. |
| |
|
| 16. |
Users will be able to use
True Transfer after TrueMove Pre Pay service has
been activated at least 75 days. |
| |
|
| 17. |
Those who use this promotion
can switch to other promotion by calling 9305 and
a service charge of 33 Baht per transaction is
applied. |
| |
|
| 18. |
In case of switching to
any other promotion, the remaining validity days
under this promotion may be transferred for use
until expiration or up to 30 days. Accordingly,
such validity days shall be updated on the following
day or within 48 hours after switching promotion. |

| 19. |
TrueMove reserves its rights
to suspend, change or cancel this terms and conditions
if there is any illegal act or failure to comply
with specified terms and conditions or if TrueMove
wishes to amend or change this terms and conditions
without prior notice. |

|
| 20. |
TrueMove reserves its rights
to amend, change, suspend or cancel its service
without prior notice if there is any regulation,
order or policy stipulated by the relevant public
authority, causing TrueMove to amend, change, suspend,
or cancel any term and condition of this promotion,
or such order increases burden to TrueMove operation. |

| 21. |
This promotion is subject
to terms and conditions set forth by TrueMove.

sales representative. TrueMove reserves the rights
to discontinue its service, alter any type of service,
amend any condition or call rate as it deems appropriate
