  Terms and Conditions
 
   
1. This program is exclusively available for TrueMove Pre Pay users who apply as individual (natural) person, has been activated not less than 75 days, has True Transfer menu on his/her mobile phone and has already registered for True Transfer service.
   
2. User may select (means) to transfer his/her call credit balance with its remaining valid days to other mobile phone number according to the following amounts at a time (excluding transfer fee):
 
   
2.1 Transfer call credit (balance) worth 10 Baht, 20 Baht, 30 Baht, 40 Baht or 50 Baht, or;
   
2.2 Transfer call credit (balance) with its remaining valid days at 10 Baht with one-day validity, 20 Baht with two-day validity, 30 Baht with three-day validity, 40 Baht with four-day validity or 50 Baht with five-day validity.
   
3. The balance of free call bonus received from promotional campaign cannot be transferred to any other mobile phone number.
   
4. User (transferor) is eligible for a special service fee for credit transfer according to Clause 2. at 1 Baht per transaction (from the regular price of 3 Baht per transaction) or subject to change. In this matter, TrueMove will deduct such fee from the User’s remaining account credit. Accordingly, those who wish to use this service are required to have their credit balance in a sufficient amount for transfer and service fee as per the rate specified herein. In addition, the remaining valid days shall remain at least one day more than the number of days to be transferred.
   
5. User is eligible to transfer or receive transferred call credit through this service at the maximum of 1,000 Baht per month excluding transfer fee (from the first date to the last date of the calendar month) or subject to change.
   
6. User is required to enter transfer menu and set up a 4-digit password (key in first time only). Accordingly, the User needs to enter his/her 13-digit identification card number, then set up a 4-digit password. In this matter, this password can be changed thereafter under terms and conditions specified by TrueMove.
   
7. User shall keep this password confidential and agree that in the case where any transaction is carried out through his/her password, it shall be deemed that such transaction has been done by the User in all respects. In this matter, TrueMove shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurring from such action.
   
8. User acknowledges and agrees that in the case where his/her password is used for completion of any transaction, the User shall not cancel, revoke, change or amend such transaction and abide by such transaction in all respects.
   
9. Those who use for Mobile Top Up program and wish to switch to this service shall comply with condition in Clause 6 prior to using this service.
   
10. The credit balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
   
11. TrueMove reserves its rights to amend, change or terminate this service, or not to allow User to use this service for exploiting profit without written permission from TrueMove or in bad faith or illegally. In addition, TrueMove reserves its rights to amend, change or terminate this service in the case where interconnection charge is set forth or upon any circumstance as it deems appropriate as well as not to allow those who participate in specified promotion to use this service.
   
12. TrueLife Free View Users are not eligible for this service.
