This SMS/MMS package is available for new and existing TrueMove Pre Pay customers who apply for service under the individual category. |

| 2. |
This SMS/MMS package is valid for those who apply during the period from 1 April to 31 December 2010. |
| |
|
| 3. |
Customers are eligible to apply for SMS/MMS package via SMS only and able to start using the package after receiving a SMS confirmation message. |
| |
|
| 4. |
This SMS/MMS package is used for sending SMS and MMS by domestic phone to phone service only. |
| |
|
5. |
Customers are entitled to select a SMS or MMS package subject to the following details: |

| 5.1 |
SMS Package 1: Pay 30 Baht per month and eligible for 30 SMS messages
(from the 31st message onwards, fee will be charged at 3 Baht per SMS message.) |
| |
|
| 5.2 |
SMS Package 2: Pay 50 Baht per month and eligible for 75 SMS messages
(from the 76th message onwards, fee will be charged at 3 Baht per SMS message.) |
| |
|
| 5.3 |
SMS Package 3: Pay 75 Baht per month and eligible for 150 SMS messages
(from the 151st message onwards, fee will be charged at 3 Baht per SMS message.) |

| 5.4 |
MMS Package 1: Pay 15 Baht per month and eligible for 5 MMS
(from the 6th message onwards, fee will be charged at 5 Baht per message and price excludes content fee.) |

| 5.5 |
MMS Package 2: Pay 50 Baht per month and eligible for 20 MMS
(from the 21st message onwards, fee will be charged at 5 Baht per message and price excludes content fee.) |

| 6. |
Fees under Clause 5: SMS Package is valid during the period of 30 days as from the date of applying for service except on the condition that the remaining validity period as at the date of applying for service is less than 30 days, then the SMS Package will be valid as long as the validity period remains. And if a top-up is made afterwards, the validity period of the SMS Package shall not be extended. |

| 6.1 |
During the period of 30 days for use of this package, if the Customer’s account falls in the temporarily suspension, the SMS Package will be automatically terminated whether or not the SMS service has been used up. |

| 7. |
According to Clause 5, the MMS package will be available for use within 30 days from the date of signup unless on such date the remaining number of days for calls is less than 30 days the package will be then valid as long as the said number of days remains and if a topup is subsequently made the number of days for use of the MMS package will be not updated although the number of days for calls has increased. |

| 8. |
For use of in-package MMS service, if the Customer sends an MMS message to more than one recipients at a time, fee will be deducted from the package only at the first number sent and the rest will be charged at the regular rate of 5 Baht per message. |

| 9. |
The Customer are entitled to select more than 1 SMS and/or MMS package at a time subject to the following details: |

| 9.1 |
SMS Package: The number of usable SMS messages and validity period (30 days per package) will be accumulated subject to conditions in Clause 6; |
| |
|
| 9.2 |
.MMS Package: The number of usable MMS messages will be accumulated with no expiry date. |
|
| |
|
| 10. |
Application for SMS/MMS service through the automated system *4000 press 5 is free of charge. |
| |
|
| 11 |
The Customer is required to reapply for service after end of each package and fee will not be automatically charged on the following month. |
| |
|
| 12. |
The Customer is able to check the remaining of SMS messages and expiry date by dialing g 9302 (free of charge). |
| |
|
| 13. |
The Customer is able to check the remaining of MMS messages by dialing #123#2# (free of charge). |
| |
|
| 14. |
The remaining value of the monthly fee can neither be redeemable for cash nor any other payment nor transferable. |
| |
|
| 15. |
Such fees exclude value added tax and are a monthly-based service (whether or not the SMS/MMS package is used up. In the excess of monthly allowance, the Customer agrees to pay the excess fee as per the rate specified in Clause 5. |

| 16. |
TrueMove reserves the right to cancel this promotion in case there is an announcement or a change of any service fee caused by an order and/or a policy of any relevant public authority and TrueMove reserves the right to change the said fee without prior notice. |
